I’ll gladly leave another 1 star review because they blatantly lied on the response to mine. I did not want to send screenshots of an order to a random pizza shop employee via text message from my personal phone number therefore I received an incorrect pizza that was not refunded or even offered to be remade. I will just contact the BBB. Also, arguing with customers on your business page looks great for business. NEVER EAT HERE

I ordered through Toast and receive the wrong rectangle pizza (comes as just cheese, ordered curly pepperoni and half red onion), they immediately tell me they’re having tons of issues with Toast and will talk to the owner. Instead of replacing my incorrect pizza, they tell me I have to send screenshots of my order to their Facebook account. I don’t use Facebook so instead of providing me a replacement I pay $22 for something I didnt order. I’ll never give business to them again

I was very disappointed about my Spinach calzone yesterday it had so much salt in it I threw it out then and it tea wasn’t worth the money that you charged my friend for it at all then and your onion rings were delicious too. I would never order another calzone from you again now.

I had eaten here before so decided to have delivery, well it arrived faster than I expected and as usual the food was fantastic, and because I work two jobs in healthcare I had enough leftovers to bring into work and when my colleagues ask where I got my food from I made sure to tell them.

We just discovered PN and are loving the pizza style! Especially impressed how the topping go right to the edge, so there’s no edge crust and every bite is pure delishessness! And the crust itself is firm, yet light. Perfect! The sauce, cheese and toppings are also very tasty. What’s not to love? Our new favorite pizza.

Whoever they have working on Friday nights answering the phone and at the register is HORRIBLE. We have ordered from here on Friday nights for a long time and the last two times we ordered and arrived to pick up, she “forgot to put in our order.” We then have to wait another 30 - 40 minutes for them to make our order after being told to pick it up in an hour (which is a long time for pizza!). The most recent incident we waited for 25 minutes before deciding to leave our entire order and take our business else ware. We understand Friday nights are busy and are even okay with the long wait times since the food is good, but after waiting an hour and then getting there to wait another 30-40 minutes is unacceptable. Super disappointing and frustrating for regular customers like us. Needless to say, this girl needs to pay more attention to detail. Unfortunately we will be finding a new Friday pizza spot.

I placed a delivery order at 5. ETA was 6. 615 still no food. So I call wanting to make sure it didn't go to the wrong house. They said 1 item was still in the oven and id have my order shortly. They apologized for the delay and offered me a $10 credit for next time. We didn't actually receive our food until after 7. None of it was hot, warm at best. Im not sure what went wrong with the order but clearly the mistake wasn't handled well. I wouldn't recommend them at all.

I had food delivered. $50 later for me not to eat it. My 8 year old won’t eat it either and she loves pizza. All crust no toppings. $50 for pizza!!
Local pizza joint right next to a card shop I frequent, excellent service and food, but recently changed there deliver radius and after a few years ordering from them as my pizza place on speed dial, I can't get it delivered any longer, very disappointed, and now have to waste my rewards points I had earned through them. Lost my favorite pizza.

Didn't get my loaded baked potatoes and teriyaki sauce. Tried to call but they never answered the phone. Went there the next day and asked for manager and a girl said she was. Told her what happened and the whole time I was there the phone was ringing and she ignored it. She told me that they don't answer the phone because if to busy. That is a poor excuse. I been manager for restaurants for years and never experienced that. Supposedly she wrote down my name and number and send the owner will call me but I've never heard from the owner or from the restaurant or from the manager herself so I'm out of money from the loaded baked potatoes which is fine but I will never go back there again.

Good ingredients but ordered well done and it was raw and a total mess! We had to eat pizza and grinder with fork and knife. First time I ordered it was good but this time sloppy mess!!

Ordered from here last night for delivery about 10 minutes after eating me and my boyfriend started feeling very sick from the food. We have been in the bathroom throwing up all night and this morning. The people that were here are amazing but the food is just not great and it's sad because I paid A decent amount
