What a Great Place to Eat & Drink my Husband & I stop by for something to eat but we felt so comfortable we decided to have some drinks. Ned made us feel so welcoming that we can't wait to go back and the FOOD was delicious please believe me when I say this is the go to place... thank me lata❤️

This is a great little spot. We had a spaghetti special with fat meatballs from the owner's mom's recipe for under $10 with a couple bottled beers. A nice weeknight surprise! Wish for draft beer-

And now im being called a liar by miss Natalie- her response is as obnoxious as what I experienced that day trying to place a take out order- it was this place- I used Yelp to call and then submitted my review- this really did happen on the day and time marked in prior review- from the response from miss Natalie most likely was her that answered their phone. Talk about ridiculous nonsense- they may offer door dash takeout ect however they did not on the day I was there. Sure didn't want my take out order when I was in this area for lunch not over the phone and when I asked if it meant I needed to go in thinking maybe they were short staffed and busy, is when I was hung up on. It's ok I found a nice long standing family owned spot in downtown westerly that was very warm and welcoming and took my take out order. If anyone looks over my reviews it's all non chain spots and I'm always fair- this situation on that day and now to see the way they worded their response- no way Jose- this happened and you mam can go stick a fork in it your response is equally inappropriate as the day I tried placing a simple take out order- I did not even have the opportunity to become a customer- and now I'm heading to the area for family time- yes we are skipping over your spot and I'm going to show them the cool pub I found in downtown Westerly that day. Owner was extremely rude and from past experience is incredibly abusive to their staff. Totally toxic environment. They can not keep quality employees and it shows. The owners have a horrible reputation in the town. It’s hard to believe they are even still open. Do yourself a favor and stay away!!

I was unable to leave a comment yesterday. My daughter asked me to go out to dinner. My boyfriend and I took our vehicle, my daughter and her family took theirs. Ideally, we should have called first. Google said you were open. We got there, drove 25 minutes, and it was closed, looked like maybe even out of business. We will try again and I will adjust my rating accordingly. The one star is just for the disappointment and inconvenience of having to find someplace else to eat

What happened to this place? Recently came with friends for a couple end of night drinks and left disappointed. It took us near 10 minutes to order a drink when we arrived between no one being behind the bar initially, then being unable to figure out who the bartender was after watching as 2 different men went behind the bar to grab themselves a beer and head to the pool table for a game of pool and then as a tall stoutly woman came behind the bar continuing her conversation with 2 girlfriends and slurping back a Jell-O shot before finally heading our way on the other end of the bar. We solved the mystery when the woman greeted us with “what do you want?”. A girlfriend asked for a basic sex on the beach and was told they were out of peach schnapps and honestly made us feel like we were an annoyance for ordering drinks. Shortly after getting our drinks for us she began pacing behind bar, sighing loudly and yawning stating she was so tired and it was last call because she was ready to close and get home. We were promptly rushed out the door at closing and locking door behind us as well as turning outside lights off before we even had a chance to get to our car. My friend commented that we must not be on the cool list because we weren’t invited to the after party and pointed out how the 2 guys who helped themselves to beer and the bartenders Jell-O shot friends were all locked inside - drinks in hand. A patron outside who was not with us overheard the comment and laughed, agreeing, telling us “yeah, it’s an every night thing- they all say they are employees, but no one is cooking in the kitchen and it doesn’t take 5 people to clean the place”. He even told us to stay and witness it for ourselves - how the “coworkers” stay behind for their own personal party and finally depart, together, hours later. We didn’t stay, but I can say that after dropping one friend off up the road and passing by the place 45 minutes or so later, there were still the same 2 cars on side and one in front of building. I highly suggest whoever is in charge pay closer attention as to what is going down there. Review the cameras or something. Between the rude staff and obviously well known invitation only after hours drinking social for the 5man staff, my friends and I might not be the only ones not returning - no one will be able to. They could lose their liquor license! A real life example of how hiring bad staff can ruin an entire business!!

Worst food ever. Ordered steak medium rare got it well done and it’s also the thinnest steak I’ve ever seen. One egg was over cooked one egg was undercooked one egg was all I ate because that’s all I could stomach but I was hungry. The bread was super soggy, if it wasn’t for the faint toast marks I would’ve said that it wasn’t toasted at all and the crust was just ripped off of it and thrown around the box. The home fries that we didn’t know we’re included (and wish they weren’t) were under cooked and also had gross soggy sour tasting vegetables. We ordered mozzarella sticks and they were mostly just hollow shells of breading and grease. I ordered this through door dash and had to call the store 30 minutes after putting the order through because it wasn’t confirmed and I guess they had to reboot their system. The woman I spoke with was very nice but that cook should be fired. I’m also serve safe certified and this is the lowest quality of food that I’ve ever ordered from anywhere. I would’ve certainly gotten my moneys worth if I had just ordered from McDonald’s. My sister and I got the same thing so it’s everything times two. both of our orders were terrible. And it was over $60 minus the delivery fee. I’m glad I was able to post photos here because I was not on door dash. Thank goodness I was able to get a full refund on top of a $20 credit for the inconvenience from door Dash.

Just found this place, the food was good. The homemade hot sauce was amazing. Good atmosphere a dive bar but a good clean one. Would recommend to anyone look forward to tying the breakfast.
