Gr8 Ice Coffee, but it was barely 10 am & they said they didn't have any donuts left. Bummer :( my Son luvs the sprinkled donuts. They Definitely need 2 make more to last thru the day!!

Pretty chill. Super fast. Friendly. A little landscaping would turn this place up a lot!Parking to go in is awkward but drive thru is a good bet.They should create a liquid sugar so the iced coffee sugar isn't so grainy.Loved the idea. Loved the energy.Best prices around.Good bet!!

If anything- go here for the breakfast sandwiches. Dunkin sandwiches always disappoint with their 2 half slices of see-thru bacon and weird tasting eggs. Here at Bess Eaton they give you a mound of real bacon that has some crunch to it. And the eggs taste better here. Dunkin eggs have a crap ton of ingredients in them and I get a coconutty after taste. I don't care that they've tried to replicate the egg white and egg yolk portion- the taste and texture is so weird. Bread options are bagel, croissant, English muffin, and flat bread. Staff is more experienced here as they seem to hold on to them a lot longer than the big chains. A lot nicer service too!

i was frequenting this bess eaton once or twice a month specifically for one bacon egg and cheese on a plain bagel and one hash brown. i share the sandwich with my 1 year old and my 3 year old gets the hash brown. i've worked at a chain coffee shop for almost 10 years so i know the job. i also have always been a "good tipper" and am polite to the workers. more than once have i been told "we have no hashbrowns" in the store. normally they tell me at the speaker so i have time to get something else for my kid. today i pull up and the worker opens the window and says verbatim "i don't have any hash browns right now so i took it off youre total is 4.31" she did not offer an apology or something else. then i asked if she meant she didn't have any at all in the store, thinking maybe we could wait for it. she gave me a huge attitude and repeated "i don't have any in the store they take 30 minutes to make." the attitude was so unnecessary. it's 8:30 in the morning, it takes 30 mins to make hash browns and you don't have any ready , or even in the oven? you can't have the decency to offer me something else? how hard is it to say "we're out of hashbrowns would you like a donut instead" not "we're out i took it off here's your new total" not everyone is meant for customer service and this bess eaton clearly has no problem hiring people who don't fit the bill. i will not return.
Counter service is great. However don't try to call! They never answer.

Love the donuts! Always taste fresh. I do wish they used a box that laid the donuts flat. Too many times my frosting has been stuck to the side of the box.
