Just avoid this place. Not only do the employees just stand behind the counter and shit talk customers that are literally right there in the lobby, they cant even be hygienic. I found a HAIR in my food. A very long and very dark hair!!!! Seriously, this place is disgusting. You can see how dirty the counters and floors are from the lobby. I dont even know how theyre still in business. Absolutely disgusting.

Between the AI order taking, to the rude service and long wait…this place has REALLY gone down hill.
To start off staff was very rude at the drive-thru . There was only three people in front of us and it took 30 minutes to get to the window, and you can’t even back out or get out of line if you wanted to. After waiting 30 minutes for a very simple order not only did they get it wrong but it was also stone cold!! It wasn’t even worth it to go back and have them fix it because we would have been there another hour. i am actually shocked at how horrible this place has gotten.

The service her has gown down hill for counter attendants. Here they are mostly concerned with drive through orders. If you intend on ordering In store or even an online order, do not expect the employees to pay any attention to you.

I told my Son not to go there cause they always get my order wrong. We order then we're missing 2 of 3Whooper w/cheese -onions -pickles. The guy with white hair and white goatee and an attitude make them wrong. I give them back to the kid in the front he said he'll make them himself but he didn't. While I'm looking at grumpy old man he just took out onions &pickles tossed to the trash can an grap the burgers and gave them back to us without knowing if we are allergic to it or not. Paper was all greasy and with ketchup. Anyways bad experience of bad service without me have nothing to do with this guy not knowing was he was doing

Went through the drive through today, 7/6/25, at around 4pm, ordered a large whopper meal plain with a sprite and another large coke, received a medium 2 cheeseburger meal instead. And of course no receipt was given. Paid $21 dollars for something I didn’t order. Unacceptable.
