Placed an order with a rude person over the microphone. Turns out he’s the manager.

I asked to speak to him about filing a complaint but he said to look it up on google.
The Manager mind you of a pretty good group of youngsters at my first impression.
Josh needs a reminder that he doesn’t have a job without the people he serves.
If there was an option for 0 stars. He would get it.
Order was placed online and posted incorrectly, manager said there was nothing he could do. It read sm Fri was supposed to be large. Size isn’t the problem it was the unwillingness to make it right.
Bunch of bums work here. Nothing but attitude every time I’ve gone. Don’t waste your time.
Honestly great Valentine’s Day overall but just was craving something quick and easy. Got a whopper and chicken fries that were cold to the touch, to top it off took a sip of the Diet Coke I got and it tasted like swamp water mixed with toilet water. Threw out the drink and drove to cumbies to get an actual soda. I would give 0 stars if I could,
Very disappointed with this BK. They completely messed up our order. This is not the first time it’s happened to me. I understand people make mistakes however our order wasn’t even close to what I ordered. It’s extremely frustrating when you pay good money get home only to find out your order is messed up not to mention the gas that you wasted driving there.
I will say that I went back and they apologized and gave me 50% off card my next order.

Courteous staff and dining room was very cleanly. Food could not have been better.
This place is horrible! The lady they have there in the morning making food, shouldn’t be back there she is super slow and takes forever to prepare the food.
The manager with dark hair up in a clip is also slow as hell. She has a horrible attitude!
I placed my order on the kiosk yesterday for 2 croissant sandwiches one sausage and one ham and two medium hashbrowns. I got 1 sausage and 1 bacon sandwiches and it took forever. There was no one in the store and no one in drive thru. The young kid was trying to help the lady with reddish blonde hair to make the food, but she gave him attitude. He should have been the one back there making the food because he was able to go A LOT faster.
Today I order on the kiosk again NO ONE inside and waited over 15 mins for my food. The Manager seemed annoyed that I checked my order because it was wrong yesterday. Then as I sat here eating my food, because my boyfriend had to leave to get a DoorDash order because it took this people FOREVER to make 2 sandwiches and 2 hasbrowns, she kept looking at me because she knew I was pissed and I am not quiet about how I feel. I asked her if she had a problem. then she was up front talking to a customer that came in and was out with his food in less then 5 mins. She was sitting there talking shit about me and saying please should be patience. I told her if she had something to say about me to say it to my face. Because I have no problem tell you how I feel about you and this place.
I would never recommend this place especially in the morning time. They need to get someone in the back preparing the food that has a pep in their step and get the food out in a timely manner and it be HOT!
Chose to eat Burger King last night. Now I'm in bed with abdominal cramps, and cold sweats. I have also been vomiting. Whatever food born illness I contracted is directly linked to Burger King as I hadn't eaten any food before eating at BK. Now my Thanksgiving is ruined as I am bed ridden only getting up to vomit. This place is a dump and a public health nightmare.
If a option of giving negative stars was available than that's what I would give. Avoid this place like a plague. Awful food, and even worst than food, the service!!!

Wow! The most rude and confrontational staff member was the manager. I cant believe how she spoke to customers as well as other staff. I will never go to this Burger King again. The manager was looking to pick a fight with a large female drive thru customer that had to walk in due to 2 missing sandwiches in her order. The manager accused her of eating them! Unreal.

Took my family to Burger King for a quick meal. That was the worst experience our whole order was completely messed up. My husband went inside to have them fix it but they only gave us the missing food. Our food was cold and the fires and chicken nuggets were old and cold. That was definitely a waste of money and I had to go to McDonald’s to purchase our dinner. Thank you Burger King

French toast sticks were so dry they weren't even edible. Of course no answer when I called either.
Not blaming the employees but this Burger King is crazy, they are so busy they really don't have time to help you on the ordering computer or answer your question. Not a place I want to come back to.
