Alanna was such a pleasure I had to tip her personally. With the other employees, they had either an attitude or just an uninviting personality. Someone got our order incorrect and Alanna fixed it with a smile and quickly. I appreciate this customer service so much even though it was busy and we weren't upset at all, it was refreshing to see someone still with a smile and uplifting spirit under pressure. She was amazing I hope she succeeds well past her expectations in life.

Went twice in the past couple of weeks for ice cream both times service hasn’t been well and the milkshakes are just cups of milk. I watched one girl fill the cup half way with blended milkshake and fill the rest of my cups with straight milk then proceeded to charge me 8$ for it. Very disappointing I’ve liked them in previous years. Seems like they need better employees or training.

My visit to Cold Stone Creamery in Westerly was nothing short of fantastic! The staff was incredibly friendly and attentive, making me feel welcome from the moment I stepped in. I had the Strawberry Blonde and Birthday Cake Remix ice creams, and both were unbelievably delicious, with creamy textures and vibrant flavors that exceeded my expectations. The store was impeccably clean and well-organized, providing a pleasant and inviting environment. Watching the ice cream being mixed on the cold stone added an extra touch of excitement to the experience. I highly recommend this location for anyone craving a delightful and memorable ice cream.
Parking: There are a lot of spots right beside the front door to give easy access as well as wheelchair accessible spots.
Kid-friendliness: There is glass at the front counter which helps kids feel the excitement of the ice cream being mixed in front of them.
Wheelchair accessibility: There is a ramp at the front door on the curb of the store which is meant for the sole purpose of wheelchair accessibility.

At Westerly's Cold Stone Creamery, I had the best time ever! I received great service and friendly smiles as soon as I stepped in. The workers skillfully mixed in the toppings on the cold stone, adding to the ice cream's incredible flavor and richness. It was a great treat. My visit was made much more delightful by the store's inviting environment. It's evident that this staff sincerely cares about their clients and takes tremendous pride in what they do. All I can say is wow!! How did I go through my life without going to Cold Stone sooner. What a nice new twist on ice cream shops. The entire experience is phenomenal. It is almost like they are making the ice cream for you in front of your eyes. I have been to only 2 since I discovered Cold Stone. The one in Leominster Ma. And Westerly Ri. Both have had great staff and the experience was top notch in both. I went with my grandkids and they love creating their own masterpieces. Also if you like ice cream cakes this is the place to go, they are delicious and very fresh. Highly recommend you give them a try.

Cold Stone in Westerly is awesome! We went in last night and ordered 4 milkshakes, the lady (owner?) that helped us made them perfectly and quickly! She was also very pleasant to deal with, and the store is very clean!We take for granted that it’s right in our town, and don’t go in there as much as we should (I don’t know if that’s good or bad? lol). I was just saying before we entered how long it’s been there, and how it’s stood the test of time in that same spot…go in there and you’ll know why. Thank you!
Aside from freaking delicious ice cream, this cold stone has the most amazing employees. A few weeks ago, I left without entering my rewards info and when I went back a few days ago, the lady remembered me and updated the points from both purchases. Everyone who works there is super friendly but THAT WAS SO NICE OMG.

Came in during Covid and saw a sign that said to wear a mask and speak louder. Just a little insensitive to the individuals with disabilities who can't speak louder like me or who can't speak at all. Just saddened me to think this is what coldstone is portraying.but....that being said.... (this should go at the end of my review but felt this was important so I put it up front and took a star away)We stopped to try the new Lemon concoction because it is dairy free. It was very light and yummy especially after eating a big dinner. But who doesn't have room for ice cream. Very clean actually not a person inside when we arrived on a Friday night except workers. Strolled right in to get our sugar fix. Many flavors to try and I like you can sample before buying. How many places you can do that? Friendly service. Thanks our bellies are happy.Good thing is you can stop over and over and still have a different combination. Tonight was blueberry muffin batter ice cream. Next time it'll be something elseNope I lied .. today was again blueberry muffin batter... Got there and I thought the Door was jammed.I pulled hard twice but it wouldn't open.. come to find out I was 20 min early..lol as we were walking away a person who was opening Coldstone said...if you wait like five minutes I'll get everything ready and get you your ice cream. I was in such need of Coldstone that I was so happy that she said that. My boyfriend and I raced in,even helped her put the chairs at the table.. This made my whole day after hearing some bad news. Seriously thanks for putting a smile and making my belly happy. You rock!

Went in today and was attacked for my mask not totally covering my whole nose. Meanwhile the lady helping me (short heavy woman with blond frizzy hair) wasn’t wearing gloves and handled all cones and touched all of our spoons etc. Guess it is totally fine for her to pass COVID on to the customers but don’t let any small part of our face show. Clown.
