Alanna was such a pleasure I had to tip her personally. With the other employees, they had either an attitude or just an uninviting personality. Someone got our order incorrect and Alanna fixed it with a smile and quickly. I appreciate this customer service so much even though it was busy and we weren't upset at all, it was refreshing to see someone still with a smile and uplifting spirit under pressure. She was amazing I hope she succeeds well past her expectations in life.

My visit to Cold Stone Creamery in Westerly was nothing short of fantastic! The staff was incredibly friendly and attentive, making me feel welcome from the moment I stepped in. I had the Strawberry Blonde and Birthday Cake Remix ice creams, and both were unbelievably delicious, with creamy textures and vibrant flavors that exceeded my expectations. The store was impeccably clean and well-organized, providing a pleasant and inviting environment. Watching the ice cream being mixed...
