I never learn my lesson with this place. $45 for a lobster blt ordered @ 9:30 am for 11:30 after they open. the bread is so stale and tough i had to eat the inside like a salad and throw the bread away. My husbands bomb pounder tasted like blue cheese- something was deff wrong - his bread was so soggy we brought it home, emptied the bread and toasted it. But the weird taste made it inedible. The owner was behind the counter so quality control obviously isn't encouraged

I was in the Westerly, RI shop last week with my teenage son and ordered AT THE COUNTER - 4 sandwiches 2- # 9 pounders with NO PEPPERS AND MUSHROOMS and 2- #9 lg pockets with no peppers. All add mayo. What I got was everything with peppers and mushrooms and no mayo. I was told to contact [email protected] and have done so twice and I still have not received even a response. I’m extremely unsatisfied and honestly disappointed.

I’ve been coming here for some time now. Foods not bad but there’s a workers there and they are just out right rude to workers in front of customers. When he was done with them he moved onto the register and started giving attitude to the customers. Wanting us to hurry up and order, sighing the whole time. And slamming the register closed hard enough it gave me a good scare. If you want to go here I suggest doing so when the guy with a beard and glasses is not present.

Last week I ordered our usual lg lobstah BLT & the steakbomb pounder add mayo, bacon, bananna pepper & hots on 1 side. One half of the half of the lobster was just naked bun. The pounder was an unedible, overcooked nightmare. There were tiny spects of veggies on my husbands side, including the hots, there was literally 3 bananna ppr rings per side, 1 pc salami cut in half and 1 pc capicola cut in half, no mayo. My side had zero veggies, no mayo same salami/capicola situation and 3 banna pps. The capicola scratched my tongue, the steak was just a hard lump ball but the bun was soggy?? Spoke to the mngr, he said to give them my name and that I spoke to him & they'll replace my order. Today I went there [i live 20 'mins away] they only replaced the steak sandwich, -it had no mayo. THE END-SAD
