Called to order some food for dinner so I could pick up on my way home. Someone answered, asked me to hold and then left me on hold. I drove there with the line open. Stood in line at the store and watched as employees chatted all the while my phone was still on hold. Over 25 minutes. Then I got a half hearted "sorry".

This place sucks placed an order and they pretended we never ordered even confirmed the number when we got there said we never called triple checked the phone number my whole family never got there food I’ve been going to this place for a long time but this is ridiculous

This is the 3rd sandwich I’ve had that was horrendous and I just threw away! Ordered a steak, mushroom, cheddar and onion pocket! No mushrooms, no cheese and the pocket was stale and inedible! I called them this last time and asked to speak to the owner and they had no clue! At one time this place was the best…I gave them too many chances…I called them and asked to speak to the owner and I was put on hold!!! Never again!!
