My kids wanted a Dominos pizza tonight so figured we’d order it. Big mistake. Got cussed out by the manager John tonight after asking for a refund or remake over an order that was inedible. Wouldn’t remake or refund the order. Was also told by him he would write my name down and note to refuse me any sort of future refund or remake of an order. What a winner he is. Will be contacting corporate and reporting him.
Forgot our drinks, todays my sons bday. Completely ruined. Driver said he would bring the drinks right back, didn’t when we called the store manager Tony said we could come get them otherwise he has other deliveries to make though he screwed ours up. And the response was accidents happen sorry. Which is not acceptable. Good customer service is not sorry accidents happen basically saying oh well. Extremely rude and scolding me because I didnt say I wanted a pizza first but ordered the sandwich first. He actually said "$5.99 requires 2 items." So I said "yes, I'm also ordering a pizza" and he says, "You didnt say you wanted a pizza first." Then as I'm adding light on the sauce he hangs up.
