My kids wanted a Dominos pizza tonight so figured we’d order it. Big mistake. Got cussed out by the manager John tonight after asking for a refund or remake over an order that was inedible. Wouldn’t remake or refund the order. Was also told by him he would write my name down and note to refuse me any sort of future refund or remake of an order. What a winner he is. Will be contacting corporate and reporting him.

Were 9 minutes away and they will not deliver to us. And will not offer us pick up. Definitely won't do domino's again!
Craziest experience ever. Ordered through the app and accidentally forgot to tip because it automatically sets to “no tip”, so I borrowed 2$ from my friend for the tip because it was all we had. The box was already damaged but I opened it to find my Pizza completely smashed in a pile like it was purposely shaken. Reported the issue and couldn’t even get a refund. It was never that serious, Michael. I hope both sides of your pillow are warm tonight.

Our kids love dominos, so we like to get it for them once in a while as a treat. To be honest, we love it too. The online ordering is always super easy, we love the rewards program too. The employees who prepare the food always do a great job, and when we get delivery, the drivers are courteous, punctual and kind. I really enjoy the new NY Style pizza. I have always ordered delivery. Sometimes the address is wrong but they always call and find me (it's the app). Sometimes my driver makes it up my large staircase but we do try to meet them because it is alot of stairs. We love Domino's. They're consistent as a franchise in a town full of pizza that just tastes similiar to each other's pies. That being said ... I'm disappointed in the $18 minimum purchase for delivery. I am hoping it is just for the busy summer because I do not remember my order being denied bc I was buying one pizza. There is already a $4.50 delivery fee and now a minimum amount. I won't stop ordering but figured I would spread the word.
We just ordered the NY Pizza with the tin crust. I have to say, I was totally impressed. They also make a great steak & Cheese grinder. Thanks Domino's

I called in an order for pickup and received very rude service. I have a disease which affects the way I talk which then makes it hard for people to understand me. I was trying my best to talk to the worker on the phone and was hung up on twice. I heard him holding back laughter and people making fun of the way I spoke in the background. I will definitely not be ordering from here again.

Did not even fill the carbonara pasta dish full. I expect it to come close to the top, but not halfway up. Food tasted good but was disappointed in this dish.
