food is what it is, my son likes it. male attendant took my order, super patient and kind. female attendant took my cash and POCKETED THE CHANGE while talking smack about the other customers making her friends in the dunkin lobby cackle. normally i accept my change and leave a tip. i’ll have to go back and find the guy to give him my tip myself.

Excruciatingly slow!!! When I finally arrived to the window, I saw that the coffees and food people ordered were prepared. It seems as if one of the ladies was working harder than the other one. I also didn't appreciate that the girl in the drive thru took upon herself to take my change.

This location makes their coffee consistently great. I'm not here every day but I am here 4 times a month. Every cup I've gotten has been perfect. Hot caramel, 2 Splenda, light in color. So many other Dunkin's screw up my coffee. Not these guys, thank you!!

We went inside. The place is dirty. I asked for the table to be washed a a was met with a rude woman telling me she is too busy. The woman who waited on us was very rude the client before us and could not understand our order or how to ring it up. There were 5 of us. Everything didn’t come out as an order it came out sporadically between other customers.

What are you getting a donut or a breakfast sandwich or even a coffee, Westerly Duncan has it.
There are two locations in town so you are able to go to one at the other ones busy. Staff is friendly food is good and it's good to get a coffee once in a great while . The atmosphere is fantastic and has that small-town feel because local people go.
My cousin and I went through the drive-thru. We ordered the $5 breakfast burrito and it was absolutely delicious. Piping hot fresh and the coffee was awesome. Very nice staff up in Westerly.

Three times now I have ordered from the granite street location using the mobile app. All three times different coworkers have gone to retrieve my order as well as other crew members orders from this store. Each time I’ve gotten my order the cup is only three quarters filled, I get shorted quantities of items I ordered or the order is messed up In one way or another. For example today I ordered 2 pc bagel bites, a black pepper bacon egg and cheese on a croissant, 6pc hash brown, and a large matcha. Upon receiving my order a quarter of the cup was empty, the 6 pc hash brown was now apparently a 4pc, the bagel bites were no where to be found (they never put them in the bag), and my sandwich essentially had no top to it and there was remnants of it in the bottom of the bag. Super unprofessional and quite frankly ridiculous you pay out the rear for coffee these days anyway and then you get your order and on multiple occasions it’s incorrect, incomplete, and just overall frustrating. My order today cost me $17.45 and half of it wasn’t even present and the fact that this isn’t even the first or second time this or something very similar to this has happened is absolutely ridiculous. I get it the staff aren’t paid much, usually don’t want to be working at Dunkin Donuts, and most often then not are not happy as a former employee (at 17 y/o) I know what it’s like to sit there and be berated all day and have angry people upset with you for stuff that most of the time you personally didn’t even do. I’m a reasonable person but the consistent and seemingly intentional mishaps are getting out of hand.

Went this morning and ordered the new Frozen Cookie dough coffee, paid, and was given a drink that said pistachio with cream, told them it wasn’t mine and i got the cookie dough one. So they took it back and said it was the right coffee but the label was incorrect. They came back a minute later and it had the whip cream and granola pieces? The cookie dough frozen coffee comes with chocolate chips.. Not sure how one doesn’t know that but when I tried the coffee it was still PISTACHIO!!!! This dunkin clearly had no idea what they’re doing. Still wondering if that was granola on the whip cream or something else on that coffee..
