I absolutely love this place! I go here on every break I have. Definitely my favorite Dunkin in the area. Everyone’s so kind, and matches your vibe it’s great! Love the new refresher and the mango pineapple.

Horrible. Messed up everything. My my friend ordered bacon 2 coffees two of the brisket hash brown cups and breakfast wraps. They absolutely burned the bacon messed up both coffees and didn’t give us the correct cups. The coffee I was drinking had a booger in it and the other coffee wasn’t made right at all. My hash brown cups tasted like someone took salt packets and dumped salt all over them. Horrible. Don’t ever order from here because clearly they don’t care.

I don't like to give bad reviews because I know how this affects business, but I have to do this one, The people who work there should all be fired, starting with the manager, 1 They charged me for things I didn't order, and that they never gave me, they mixed up my order and the old lady who works in the kitchen forgot to give me some bacon snacks, which I had to wait 10 minutes for and when I told her that she forgot my snackin bacon she gave me some that looked like they were taken out of the trash from the day before and which I ended up putting in the trash.
They were on their personal phone without taking care the clients.
Unfortunately I don't have the option to give 0 State .

This place is a joke lately...don't waste your time or money here
All around atmosphere is horrible. Manager seems to not know a thing about managing. Can’t even get a donut in the bag. Was also hearing awful comments being made behind the counter. Terrible service the place needs help.

Terrible management 4-5 employees are “suspended indefinitely” for little to no cause. Very bad establishment leaking water horrible smells bathrooms never work. Would love to see this company actually care about the work environment. Should be seen by a HEALT INSPECTOR IMMEDIATELY.

Good food, basic Dunkin quality, which isn’t bad by any means. But I asked a question to the manager and they yelled out at me aggressively and was very rude to a boy she had working on staff. I am 68 and shouldn’t have to deal with the meaness in the world but here we are. Sad.

I’m not an employee but I will say the manager wrongfully suspended an employee due to the managers lack of following procedures and policies. Leaving said employee off the schedule for an unknown amount of time, unable to collect money, and unable to claim unemployment because they don’t want to pay for it. This Dunkin’ has been restructured 100+ times yet they refuse to get a manager in this Dunkin’ that can properly run a store.
