I was waiting nobody served me they all standing on drive true and I see girl play on phone and ignore me so if I can give u 0 star I will horrible place and flies everywhere disgusting
Showed up today at 7:20 p.m.and tried to go inside. The sign on the door says the storefront is open until 8 and the drive-through is open until 8. I go back to my car and go to the drive-through and order an egg and cheese and they said they are no longer serving food because they're closing soon. I asked them and said aren't you closing in 40 minutes and he said yes and we are cleaning the machine so we are only serving drinks. I'm curious if their manager is aware that they are no longer serving food 40 minutes before they close. I can understand five minutes before they close, but not 40. Very bad business. I think that the manager should be aware that the kids who are working at the store are locking the front door at 7:20 and are no longer making food at 7:20 when going through the drive through.

95° out, working hard. Gave me half piece of bacon on sandwich not cooked. Cold egg and 4 burnt ash brown. Thanks
Boss told employees to wait on drive up first. Leaving customers at the counter to wait. A bad policy.

I went in today at approximately 5:20 went up to go place my order and was greeted by a female with pink hair. Who just look at me and my boyfriend and just rolled her eyes and asked what we wanted. I ordered a donut she throws the donut in the bag and then throws the bag at us. I felt disrespected. Terrible customer service. I also happened to notice her pink Calvin Klein undergarments were sticking out very noticeably, very unprofessional. Horrible attitude, especially for a food service employee. This would NOT fly at Starbucks.

For how busy they can get, they did an amazing job on my Matcha. They are only human afterall, but they were extremely nice and helpful.
Oh boy. I went there this morning I had a pickup. I am a frequent at Dunkin but never this location. I will never go back there. I ordered a coffee, hashbrowns, and a donut. They gave me only the hashbrowns and coffee which is fine. If I was upset about it I would have gone back. My coffee was spilled all of the lid which was also fine because things happen. I would have liked napkins to help with that but it’s fine things happen. What was really off putting was the girl at the window. I said hello and thank you and all the pleasantries you give and she gave me this blank stare. With a smile though. Like one of those scary horror movie type smiles and handed me my stuff. I was automatically jarred because she said nothing just stare and smile. I feel bad saying that because Idont want to come off judging her looks but she was a pretty girl just was giving me such bad vibes. Then when you add that she only gave me my hashbrowns and not the donut it felt almost like a “haha” smile. I was so scared by her that I didn’t even eat or drink my food. When I say I was spoked, I mean it. Like I was scared she poisoned my food she was so scary.
The drive-through was very busy early this morning. Went inside and still got my food fast. Sourdough breakfast sandwich was delicious as usual.

When my time is short, I have tried ordering ahead here using the phone app multiple times in the past few months - as I have successfully done at other Dunkins. Each time at this location, despite plenty of time prior to my arrival, the order is not ready. In fact, the team is mostly standing around talking about something inane. And each time (four I believe; never at high volume times) when they finally ask why I am standing at the take-away counter, they check the phone order display and see my order sitting there. What is the purpose of ordering ahead if they aren't going to check for it? To top it off, the coffee consistently tastes old and burned. Henceforth I will go either to HoneyDew next door or Starbucks up the road when I need the quick caffeine fix.
