We really enjoyed everything about this place. As a coffee lover, their selection looked limited on their menu, but they really master the options they have. Their oat milk and vanilla bean syrup is house made. My partner got the nitro freeze.
For food I got the roll me a fat one wrap with the tofu option, vegan cheddar, and the aioli was already vegan. It’s easily one of the best wraps I’ve ever had. My partner got the buffalo chickpea wrap, also a solid option. Both wraps were grilled which was really delicious and held together really well, and added some good crunch!

Not a coincidence I found this place just in time as they reopen. First of all I was greeted with a bright and welcoming atmosphere. Rose was an absolute treasure from her smile to her bubbly personality. It was my first time in and they made me feel like I'd been coming in for years. Al is a gem and made my experience memorable. Julia and Parker had exceptional personalities as well. Julianna was a pleasure to meet as well. You all are national treasures. Thank you for making my day and being who you all are. I absolutely LOVE this place!!! The environment the vibe the staff the food the drinks the plants! Every single thing I’ve had on the menu was good, it’s almost overwhelming to choose because everything is so well made and fresh! I am always impressed with the friendly and welcoming staff who are knowledgeable and passionate about the menu! The homemade sauces and coffee flavors/milks are such a bonus and highlight for me! Plus I’m gluten free by allergy and dairy free by choice, and to have almost everything on the menu available to me (maybe even every item?!) by being naturally GF / DF or able to easily modify to meet my needs is just the biggest plus! But my whole family eats here and they don’t have allergies and they love it just as much as me!

Stellar quality food, smoothies, and service. I forgot a couple times to mention I was gluten free and they remade it for me with a smile (I’ll remember next time!) I also find after eating here I just have more energy throughout the day even when it’s rainy which is just priceless to me to have as someone who works a lot! Highly recommend the nitro freeze!

A gem hidden in an unassuming neighborhood mall. All menu items that have eggs are available with tofu and those with cheese can be had with vegan cheese. The food is tasty, the interior is fun and the people who work here are really friendly. We will be back!

Cute place. My daughter, Molly, loves the bowls. She asks for them all the time after school. Workers are always friendly.
I highly recommend the 808 juice, but you can’t go wrong with anything High Tide has to offer. All their ingredients are fresh, and the workers are always willing to accommodate changes to my order. The service is wonderful, and I love the creativity of the atmosphere.

Cute tiny juice and sandwich shop with an earth-y vibe. I think they did a great job with the atmosphere to set the stage for the product you are buying. The staff was kind and service was quick. There was a small local art and other small items display section for purchase to look at while you wait . A few tables plus a short seated bar inside and outside. I would come back here again
