I ordered a hot coffee regular. It was HOT and I was pleasantly surprised. I love the coffee. The blueberry muffin was very tasty and loaded with blueberries. I purchased two blueberry muffin and two hot medium coffee for $10.43. The staff were dressed for Halloween and were very nice and beautiful smiles!

Refreshing to walk in and out last week. I ordered a bagel toasted with cream cheese and an ice coffee. The young woman was prompt to greet and starts my order and a friendly young man, handed me my bagel in less then 2 minutes. In and Out! Thank you

Don’t order on the app because the manager will basically call you a liar and give you lots of attitude for asking for the food you already paid for. I order the same burrito every single time I come here. Today I had my husband pick up my mobile order that I placed this morning. Since this location in particular is frequent with getting orders wrong, I told my husband to double check the food before leaving. Of course, the avocado that I paid an up charge fee for was missing. He goes back around and is hassled about it. He wasn’t given a receipt with his food so he couldn’t show her but I added the pic of my order as proof. She prints off the receipt and I assume it didn’t include the avocado on the receipt. The manager even stated that “she will have to charge next time bc she can’t be giving out stuff for free”. That’d be understandable if I hadn’t already paid for it. But I clearly did! Who is going to lie about mediocre avocado??? I call after hearing her comments to my husband over the phone and she’s just about arguing with me when I tell her that clearly the website is flawed on their end. She states she’ll text the owner but was never apologetic or understanding of the mix up that’s clearly happening. Where’s the customer service nowadays?? I won’t be back. She may read this and not care at all but this is why nobody eats fast food anymore. It’s not worth it. Corporate needs to fix their site and train their staff on how to resolve issues properly instead of treating customers like thieves over a side item.

I ordered two steak and egg burritos. There was something like ham in the burrito. I asked someone behind the counter to identify the meat and they said they couldn't. I asked if they automatically put ham in the eggs and they said I don't know. I asked if anyone did and they said I don't know. I threw two burritos straight in the trash because I cannot identify the ingredients. I won't be back to a Honey Dew.
Its pretty good. The coffee just not quite as smooth as Dunkin, but the team members are very very nice. The croissant-wiches are not the same as Dunkin...they might actually be frozen (just sayin') because they are a little doughey. The ones at Dunkin are freshly toasted to the point they are so flaky that they make a total mess when you eat them. The Honey Dew croissants are not toasted at all, even though the whole sandwich is served warm.If you read this far, here are the plusses: they have pastry items you cannot get at Dunkin. (Try a rasberry stick.) Also, they sell the Westerly Sun newspaper. That's handy. Oh, and the line is usually shorter than the competition, so that's a time-saver.

Sign outside said drive-through starts at 4 o'clock In there 3:45. I show up in a service van which we can not fit through the drive-through, and the doors are already locked. Change your hrs. on schedule if it's before 4pm

The employees there are so so friendly, always going above and beyond to ask you how your doing and how's your day going. They rarely get your order wrong but if it happens they fix it quickly. These guys work hard and it shows it. One particular drink, apple caramel cider cold, OUT OF THIS WORLD. A must try. The coffee, always good, hot when it's supposed to be & cold when it's supposed to be. 5 stars.
