I previously went to the Narragansett location it was not great. The management gave us a free sub for any location. We went to westerly the staff was great the sandwiches were fresh and the place was very clean. Thank you we will be back. I highly recommend the original Italian mikes way!!!

Once again simple instructions failed to be heard the shorts heavy set girl that was working asked me if I wanted salt and pepper on my sandwich. I politely told her no thank you for the salt and pepper. She then proceeded to load my sandwich with salt and pepper. I again stated that I did not want salt and pepper. She then developed an attitude with me through her hands in the air and said well what do you want me to do make it again? I politely said no I wanted you to make it right the first time. I went ahead and took my sandwich paid for and went down the road and gave it to a homeless gentleman. I am highly allergic to salt and pepper. Workers need to be more Vigilant and pay attention to what the customers there would be no business

If you're looking for a sub or a grinder depending on what you want to call it then Jersey Mike's is the place for you.

Jersey Mike's is a very clean establishment the service is friendly and the food is great so I would highly recommend the Westerly Jersey Mike's Sub.

I'm giving it three stars because even though I didn't get what I paid for, it was still good. I ordered a number 43, Chipotle Steak and cheese. I received a steak and cheese plain with nothing else on it. Literally just steak cheese and bread.

Edit: in compensation for my messed up order (see below) I received two free sandwich cards in the mail.

One out of three sandwiches they have made right... The food is really good but they have a hard time getting your order correct.

I go to Jersey Mike's almost every week and enjoy them very much however a while back I left a review about the help putting the order slips on top of the sandwich. It was good for a while but today May 19 at lunch time the young man behind the counter was putting the order slips inside the sandwiches totally unsanitary and not trained. I want to continue going but I will stop going if he does this again. I couldn't believe it uuugh

A young man named Patrick was working tonight when we ordered 4 sandwiches. When it came to my sandwich my husband noticed it was sitting on the cutting board with vinegar on it and asked what it was due to allergies. This guy made a new sandwich made sure he had a new paper down and new knife so no cross contamination. To a person with food allergies this kid did everything right and we apologized for not mentioning it right away but he was great!!

Staff was efficient and friendly. Was on lunch break getting food and was out in less than 10 minutes despite the how busy it was.

Walked into this place at 6:45, no one in the store but employees, the 4 of them looked at me and walked into the back. After waiting for several minutes and hear them arguing who was going to stay late, I poked my head around the corner and someone finally said something. I then said when I walked in the employees walked to the back and said they never saw me. Upon this the first employee walked away. Then I believe Nick came out and yes I did call him a moron, because he argued with me that none of them saw me and that he could not give me a number to call to leave a complaint to. He did not know a number of someone to get in touch with, then asked me if I knew my office number, I said I did and he goes “ I don’t believe you”. Upon this I got even more upset and when I tried to leave he said I better careful or he would come around and knock me out. This is unacceptable and I will never step foot inside that place again. Customer service is not a high priority here. They will not admit that what they did was wrong, only cares about themselves. I am sorry Westerly can do better than this place

So… we were at this location today (9/09/2024 - 2:15/2:30pm) and let’s say we were both less than impressed and knew I had to leave a review while I am still thinking about the visit.
We’ve been to this location a couple times in the past and it was a better experience.
TWO people here made our visit ‘ok’ and I will tell you, if it wasn’t for them I would have given only 1 star instead of the 4.
The first employee that was GREAT was the young man with a beard, he sliced the deli meats and was SUPER NICE and I appreciate his attention to the customer, asking if we’ve had the deli-meats from Jersey Mike’s before and telling us how good the quality of the meats and cheeses are… and the amount of detail he put into the art of the sandwich. The other person who was GREAT was the other young man with glasses who put the topping/fixings on the sandwich. He was very nice and polite. And I want to complement both of these gentlemen.
The one person who pretty much ruined our trip today was the woman who I think may have been the manager? She had ear plugs with the big holes. I can’t explain her better than that because her interaction with us was minimal, she didn’t look at us, say a word to us, and acted annoyed when we asked for a second container of pepper relish.
Then when the young man at the register (also nice) who may have been new and still learning - asked her how to use our points instead of paying with cash or credit card - she again seemed annoyed that he had to ask her and that it was an inconvenience.
In my opinion - the young man with the beard should be the manager. He definitely has more of a people person attitude and that’s important when dealing with the public.
All it takes is one person/employee to ruin the positive experience that every customer should have. That’s the whole point of a customer service based shop - to hook the customer and keep them coming back.
It will be a little time before we visit this location again.
With that said, our sandwich was delicious!

Twice in a week, second shift has made my order incorrectly. First was the steak and cheese that was missing the steak. Second order, loaded with mayo. Order was NO MAYO. customer service of second shift is rude & unsatisfying. Best to give my business to the local merchant.

The sandwiches are good and freshly made. The service can be slow at times as they can be busy and are short on help, they do have a lot of online orders. It’s worth the wait. It’s very clean and seats are available inside, only.
