Food cold, and had to wait 30+ minutes for my order. They asked me to move to the side a head to wait for my food, no problem. 15 minutes go by and an employee who can't even walk came outside and told me it would take 15 minutes for fries...so 30 minutes for fries. Never going there again.

Have stopped several times at KFC US 42 Florence Ky using the drive thru service. Ordered a 2 piece white dinner, I discovered I got dark meat, and one side order of green beans and no mashed potatoes. Third time this has happened so there will be one less vehicle inline. By the way, they will not answer the phone. Finished for me.

I can't believe that the KFC in Cookeville Tennessee is so high we got a 8 piece chicken dinner and it was $30 I will never ever eat there again I could have went to Popeyes and got a 15-piece dinner for $19 I haven't eaten at KFC for 5 years because of the same thing so I was willing to give him another chance and the price on the on the drive up thing it's different than what they charge you when you get to the window never again they're chicken ain't that good

stop cheating with the coupons. a nine piece bucket used to be 4 thighs and 5 drumsticks, now you get 6 drumsticks and 3 thighs or like the last time I got it it was 1 wing, 5 drumsticks, and 3 thighs. I will not be going back to get a bucket of dried up drumsticks for $14.00.

Just went to KFC and shebly is a amazing so sweet and patient they are lucky to have her as a employee anyone who can deal with my husband and 5 year old with so many questions and the food is great as well

Worst KFC location. Waited abt 10 minutes at drive thru before ordering just to be told we need to go inside. Whilst inside we saw 4/5 employees standing around for about 20 MINUTES before they even STARTED making our food.

the Restaurant in Mahwah NJ is a poor representation of the KFC brand. at 11:30 am the bathrooms were filthy and there was no toilet tissue. The server Antoinette shorted our order, but more importantly, she was rude. it's not our first encounter with her - she clearly hates her job! employees like her bring an entire business down. I'd give this specific KFC 1 star rating - 💩
Going on the early side of dinner wasn't a good idea. Chicken was quite dry, lunch leftovers.
