Terrible service at this KFC. I wish I could give zero stars. The staff were openly rude, rushing me through my order and complaining while I was pulling up Apple Pay—even though it only took about 30 seconds. Their attitude made me feel like I was an inconvenience instead of a customer. To make things worse, they shoved my cold drink into the same bag as my hot food, so everything was lukewarm by the time I got it. Won’t be back.

Chicken dry biscuit hard ordered coleslaw it was not in the bag. Will not be back again. We have numerous other places close to us Canes, chick fil. Lees all are much better.
Chicken pieces very small, undercooked and greasy. Wings so tiny they must have slaughtered little pigeons. Avoid this KFC. Threw it all away.

Food cold, and had to wait 30+ minutes for my order. They asked me to move to the side a head to wait for my food, no problem. 15 minutes go by and an employee who can't even walk came outside and told me it would take 15 minutes for fries...so 30 minutes for fries. Never going there again.

Have stopped several times at KFC US 42 Florence Ky using the drive thru service. Ordered a 2 piece white dinner, I discovered I got dark meat, and one side order of green beans and no mashed potatoes. Third time this has happened so there will be one less vehicle inline. By the way, they will not answer the phone. Finished for me.
