This has been me and my husbandâs go-to spot for to-go beach sandwiches for years. I challenge anyone to tell me where they can find a better cinnamon roll in THE CT/RI area. They are perfect. Staff is so kind. Order for pick up online is seamless. 10/10.

I had the Chicken Club Jr. with ranch on a flour wrapâabsolutely delicious! I was pleasantly surprised by the thin-sliced pickle on the side, which added a nice touch I wasnât expecting. My guy ordered the Chicken Pesto sandwich and really enjoyed itâhe said the chicken was flavorful and the ingredients paired perfectly.
The shop was super clean, with both indoor and outdoor seating available. We were greeted warmly as soon as we walked in. Parking was easy, and the location was simple to find. I also noticed they have plenty of vegan options, which is great.
Highly recommend stopping by if youâre in Misquamicut or Westerly. Weâll definitely be back!

My daughter has celiac disease and they offer a good variety of sandwiches that they can make gluten-free - she enjoyed her sausage, egg, and cheese bagel so much and she did not get sick! Staff seems well educated on cross contamination and allergy needs. I ate the muffuletta and it was delicious! Amazing sandwiches for a great price, we will be back!

Stopped here for lunch after the beach and sat outside under the umbrellas. Ordered an Italian sub and a GF Turkey Feta wrap. Both were large potions and very delicious! The staff was knowledgeable about gluten allergies, and took care with cross contamination. Pleasant lunch spot.
