The staff was nice. The manager is not. She made no attempt to reach out to her supervisor to deal with the problem. I drive half an hour to go to that particular store to get my drink after calling to be sure they have the ingredients. Today they are charging me double for an add on that is included here and elsewhere half the time. I don't mind paying for an add on but double? The product expires in a couple of days and they'd rather throw it away than keep a customer. There's 3 other Starbucks the same distance so big X through this one. After all that, they gave me the wrong lid that can't be used with the Boba straw. Guess it'll be a half hour before I can cut a hole in the top when I get home. Finally, my add on was even less than usual!? Yep.

Long time Starbucks customer visiting here frequently. Staff works hard and does engage nicely. One suggestion for improvement is to move the coffee fixing items like sugar & cream off of the trash cans.

Starbucks. It’s a Starbucks. It’s like all Starbucks. A little tricky to get in the drive through lane but it’s so close and convenient. 😊😊😊 the staff is awesome.

Arguably the worst Starbucks experience I’ve had. There were very long delays in both the drive thru and inside, and the coffee was poorly made. It’s surprising that a Starbucks in westerly is so bad. The staff was nice though.
