Long time Starbucks customer visiting here frequently. Staff works hard and does engage nicely. One suggestion for improvement is to move the coffee fixing items like sugar & cream off of the trash cans.
Used the drive thru. The area is very confusing to find the drive thru. Drive thru lane was narrow, have to wait to exit if you don't like the menu items. Prices are high paid $15 here for the same items I get at Dunkin for $9. One and done.
Great location. Great everything except the music is so freakin loud you cannot carry on a conversation. Sadly if it continues, I’ll find another place to go.
UPDATE: I did go back this Sunday and didn’t mention anything, it was much better. The manager? behind the counter was one of the best I’ve encountered at any of your stores. I’m in the minority that just always gets black coffee. My Verona was excellent. Thank you.
