I've been going to this Subway since we moved to Westerly five years ago and am wondering if there's a new policy or if the new guy who made my sandwich just made a mistake. When I got to my shop and unwrapped it, there was very little roast beef on it. Only four slices on a footlong. Everything else was good, as usual.

This was by far the best service we've had at a Subway anywhere. Both employees were friendly and patient with our large order for 6 people, but Zach absolutely made our day with his huge smile and playful attitude. Usually servers get frustrated with the kids as they tentatively ask for their veggie toppings, but Zach wasn't just accommodating, he was encouraging. "Extra pickles? Sure! Oh, EXTRA extra pickles?
