The staff is so friendly and welcoming and the drinks are so good! They make you feel welcome while providing great ciders. Also don't sleep on the cider with the flavored balsamic, it's amazing

Loved getting the flights of the many choices they had. We got a cheese and olive platter, which was great. It was such a nice day I wish they had some outdoor seating, which is the only reason for the non 5 star rating. I would rate this 4.5, but being in Westerly I would have loved to have the option to be outside and enjoy the delicious cider.

My mom and I had a great experience at the Tapped Apple! We were looking for a cidery on the way home from Boston towards NJ, and we chose this one. We didn't realize it was downtown (we anticipated it would be in a field/apple orchard), but we ended up having a great time!We each picked our own cider flight and shared some cheese, crackers, and olives. The prices were reasonable and we each took a 4-pack of cider home. My mom really enjoyed the Light My Fire wine and the pomegranate cider. My favorites were the Blackberry Ginger balsamic cider and the black currant cider. I also liked the cranberry mule cocktail which was made with ginger wine and cranberry cider.The atmosphere was fun and welcoming. There was a selection of board games which would be really fun if you had a big group! (My mom is not the biggest fan of card/board games and it was just the two of us, anyway). The Tapped Apple is family-owned and it definitely felt intimate, cozy, and inviting! We had a great time chatting with John, the owner.If you find yourself looking for a relaxed atmosphere to grab a drink and or chat with a friend, this is the spot! We had a wonderful experience at the cidery as well as exploring downtown Westerly and Watch Hill.

What a great time! Myself and my wife and another couple were at the Tapped this past Saturday. The service was excellent; the "Apple Pie" wine is now my number #1 wine. I never liked wine before, but now this is my favorite wine. Also, if anyone wants to try to beat me in shuffleboard, I'll be back down on the left with my "Apple Pie" wine and ready to play.

Stopped by on a chilly afternoon and enjoyed my time here. The ordering experience was a bit confusing and overly structured for a cidery -- you order at the bar but they ask how many are in your party and assign you a table, and the bartender seemed very frustrated that I didn't know the process coming into it lol. I went with a cider/wine flight and it was fantastic. For the price, I'd like to have the wine samples filled up like the cider samples but there might be a reason they serve it that way. This was a really unique cidery in terms of offerings and it was the perfect experience for a fall afternoon. I'd recommend it for sure!

Visited this place while vacationing in Mystic, CT which was just a 15 minute drive away. The place was very warm and welcoming. Was able to sample a few of the very good wines on tap and took home a few bottles. I wish that they had an online presence where you can order but can guarantee that I will return if I ever head back up that way...The cherry apple and ginger wines are over the top....

SO and I went in on a Thurs after a vacation beach day. We got there around 5:30, shortly after it opened, and we were the only ones there until we left, when another couple came in. Lori was helpful with tasting flight decisions and recommendations (and also with game picking!). We also ordered a small meat/cheese/cracker platter. We each got flights (6/$18), and with the charcuterie board it totaled around $50-55. I bet it's a cool place to go for a weekend evening night out, and I'm sure it'd be quite a bit busier. It looks like they feature work from local artists here which is always cool. I'd def hang out here if I was local.

My wife and I stopped in today after a few years(Covid) it was just as great as we remembered. Wine and ciders were terrific, staff was professional and knowledgeable. If your in Westerly you must stop by.

Love that they have a bunch of various (board) games, making this a great hangout spot, wishing we lived closer.The 6-drink flight is a must-have, letting you choose wines, ciders, wine-cider cocktails, and - shockingly amazing - vinegar-ciders. All I will say is this: maple vinegar with the blueberry cider. You thought the blueberry cider with a hint of vanilla was amazing by itself, try it with the maple vinegar and you won't regret it. Truly unique and between that and all the other ones I tried, not a single bad drink.
