The cutest restaurant and hotel in watch hill Rhode Island. The service was 5 star! Cute and cozy atmosphere and the oceanfront views were stunning! Ordered the burrata, pasta and burger! (the burger was a little bland) but will most definitely be back to try other menu items. The perfect place to get together with your girlfriends, a date, or a special occasion/celebration!

Beautiful view of the beach and ocean. Great food, impeccable service and wonderful setting.
We have eaten at the Bistro several times and been satisfied this was not the case on our last visit. From the “cool” attitude when we checked in to the tasteless burger that literally fell into crumbled pieces when I picked it up. Both sandwiches were on rolls that fell apart. Dessert was offered to make amends and was good but the sandwiches left us both wondering how the chef could have felt good about the preparation. BTW we were charged for the burger that fell apart on my lap. Probably will only go back tor a drink or dinner but not lunch at the Bistro.
My clam chowder and grilled mushroom sandwich were wonderful: cup of soup with half a sandwich were more than satisfying. My husbands toasted smoked turkey club sandwich was generous and delicious. Topping everything were two glasses of champagne and an over-the-top dessert of bourbon bread pudding topped with popcorn flavored ice-cream with caramel coated salty popcorn. Fantastic!
The most beautiful setting for a winter's night~ warm fireplace, comfy seating that's not too crowded and excellent service. (thank you Memma) Food was above expectations!
The service, food, and ambiance are all beautiful. We had an amazing time. I had to change the reservation time twice which they accommodated with ease. I can't wait to return
The occasion was my wife's 60th BDay. Everything was very nice from the fireside chat with an espresso before lunch to the beautiful ocean views and excellent food during lunch. No one rushed us which was so nice. Very elegant.
I cannot say enough good things about Ocean House Bistro. Every single time we dine here, the experience is phenomenal. The food is incredibly consistent, which is something that truly sets this restaurant apart. My go-to dish is the filet, and it is hands down the best I have ever had—always cooked perfectly and exactly the same every visit.
Equally outstanding is the service, especially Ian, the sommelier. He consistently elevates the entire experience by taking the time to ask thoughtful questions and truly understand our taste and palate. Every wine recommendation has been spot on, and it’s clear how knowledgeable and passionate he is about what he does.
Between the exceptional food, impeccable consistency, and personalized service, I could not recommend the Bistro more.

My wife and I celebrated our 1 year anniversary with Jazz Brunch and The Ocean House Bistro Restaurant. Everything was absolutely outstanding and worth every penny. The buffet style raw bar alone is worth the trip not to mention the starter and main brunch courses, bottomless mimosas, and custom coffee upon request. The desserts are all made from professional pastry chefs and are fresh and delicious. They provide you with to go boxes that you can fill with all your favorite pastries! They even made our anniversary special by surprising us with complimentary cookies and cream cupcakes with Happy Anniversary written in chocolate across the plate. Seriously, the Jazz Brunch is the best. 10/10 💯 highly recommend, will be back every year to continue this anniversary tradition. Thank you Ocean House!
My friends and I had a lovely lunch at The Ocean House. Food was excellent, as was the service and ambiance.

My husband ordered the short ribs which were delicious. I ordered the seared scallops which were under cooked, barely seared and way too salty. It came with over cooked fava beans and a few crumbs of chorizo. The little gem salad needed more dressing and the tomatoes were ice cold. Obviously made ahead and put in the fridge. Our server, Dean, was amazing.
Love the Bistro though this time food was good not great. Service always excellent. The monk fish presentation was less than appealing and taste was ho-hum. Overall, still an enjoyable experience.
Our birthday luncheon was fabulous. Rebecca was wonderful. Chowder was spot on. Crab cakes exploded with crabmeat! The blackened haddock sandwiches were terrific! Best prosecco I've had! Ended with sorbet trio, chocolate ice cream & hazelnut chocolate torte. We'll be back for the holiday decor. Highly recommend!
For 1,000 a night you’d expect the food to be good. Had breakfast and dinner, both mid but expensive. Hotel is gorgeous though

One of the best restaurant meals I've ever had. The mussels were spectacular. The service impeccable and the view unbeatable.
