Reasonably priced comfort food. Good service. Attractive decor. Convenient location. Plenty of parking. A great spot for a cozy, low-key night out by a couple, or a convivial night out with friends. A reliable, affordable spot for dinner. Try it!
We had a really good meal here. They had a short draft list with some interesting beer choices, though I was disappointed that they were out of the Narragansett Porter. We started with the clam cakes (like clam fritters), which were excellent. We both had the grilled salmon entree, which was also very good. I had an excellent flourless chocolate cake for dessert. We both had decaf, which I thought was a bit too old, but my wife was happy with it.
Friendly staff. However the food seemed to be a fail. Mussels did not have any of the ingredients it was suppose to(pictures attached). White wine butter and parsley which makes the flavor of this simple dish was absent. There was no flavor or any taste to these two orders of mussels. Being it a seafood place , that’s a big deal to mess up on two orders of the most common appetizers in that area. And our other appetizer never made it out so we left hungry. We been going there...
