Tootsie's Ice Cream

It was pretty good. Just ice cream, so be aware that there isn't anything else there. Decent flavors, pretty creamy. You don't go here for the vibe or the atmosphere - go, get your ice cream, get out.

Ice cream as it should be

Really nice place. We stopped in for a cool treat after a beach day. My 6 year old dropped his Italian ice, and the proprietor right away refilled his cup. Kind people exist and the ice cream is delicious. Support businesses like these whenever possible

The fresh homemade ice cream is bursting with flavor. You can get a sugar cone, regular cone or a cup or delicious homemade waffle cone with your favorite topping and flavor of ice cream. They also have dairy free flavors that are very good. The prices are reasonable and staff are very friendly. Children can can color, and play with a musical ice cream toy and make their own ice creM cones. There is outdoor seating. They also have fresh italian ice.

The ice cream is absolutely unbelievable here! I got the mint chip — it was so minty, creamy, and perfect! Easily the best ice cream I’ve ever had in Rhode Island. Would recommend 100%.

Great service and ice cream was to die for..

The homemade ice cream is heavenly, super creamy and full of flavor. I think the salted caramel is one of the best I've had in Rhode Island. I aso tried the Kahlua Coffee and it was delicious. Cute decor inside made our trip there a real treat. Try Tootsie's -- you'll love it too!

Those ice-cream are heavenly!! I had dairy free vanilla and orange- pineapple and they were the best dairy free ice- cream I have ever had!! Phenomenal , well balanced , not too sweet and the taste was wonderful!! I’ve had dairy free ice-cream from different vendors before , but I couldn’t eat them!
Finally I found the Tootsie ice- cream and they excreted my expectations!! Just fantastic !! Heavenly taste! Thank you !
