Homemade ice cream & great flavors! Also, they have dairy free options. I had pistachio & black raspberry, they were delicious. The pistachio ice cream was full of nuts and great texture. Clean place to sit down and eat. And the owner was very friendly. We will see you more often!

Last night I got 2 Hot Fudge sundaes.We chose chocolate / snickers and toasted almond /pistachio ice cream. OMG, the ice cream was so creamy and very flavorful! After a few spoons of most ice cream, you don't taste it anymore. Not this one! The last bite tasted like the 1st.We also got a cup of spumoni and pumpkin for tonight. Can't wait!Price for homemade quality ice cream is right on point.You will not be disappointed ?

The good:1. Neat, tidy and extremely clean with great colors and decor.2. Very good coffee ice creamThe needs improvement:1. Portion size small. The standard 3 scoop normally does not fit in what Tootsie's calls a large when compared to a fantastic place in Griswold CT. Need to increase their portion size, presentation and packaging.2. Limited menu - expand to include shakes (RI calls cabinets), malted shakes, floats and ice cream sodas.

Tootsies Ice Cream has freshly made ice cream!! There are many delicious flavors, toppings to choose from, and homemade waffle cones. There are three delicious flavors of Italian ice cherry, raspberry, and lemon ice. The place is very clean, the girls are nice and prices reasonable. There is a talking ice cream cart so toddlers can make their own ice cream and coloring books for children to color in. They also make shakes and sundaes. Highly recommend!!

Tootsie's Ice Cream was a stop for the 6th Annual Search for the Best Scoop Shop RI with RI Food Fights.Tootsie's Ice Cream is located in a shopping center, so there is plenty of parking.It is very spacious inside Tootsie's Ice Cream. There are booth tables and regular tables. They even have a small kids table to keep them occupied. There are great flavors to choose from. I asked the servers what the most popular flavors are and they said black raspberry and salted caramel. I went with a cup of the salted caramel and it was very yummy. You can taste the salt and the caramel and not one or the other is too overpowering.
