We got our small cutting cake, and then for our desserts table we did mini eclairs, mini cannoli, mini cupcakes, and assorted cookies. Everything was delicious and our guests loved it all. I recently had the absolute pleasure of working with Vesta Bakery in Westerly, Rhode Island for my son and daughter-in-law's wedding, and I could not have been happier with the desserts they provided. We ordered a stunning cake, an assortment of cupcakes, pastries and their incredible cannoli's. Every single item was a hit!
To say their desserts were good would be a huge understatement - they were phenomenal. Each bite was a perfect blend of flavor and freshness.
Beyond the delicious treats the staff at Vesta Bakery were just as delightful and friendly.
I am looking forward to my next event just to have the excuse to order from them again!!!

We used Vesta many times in the past. The cakes were incredible and the pastry was terrific as well, with lots to choose from. Unfortunately, things have changed. There really hasn't been a selection and the staff has been very unfriendly. Went in today to purchase some pastry for a special occasion and besides already seeing Halloween decorations, the staff couldn't even crack a smile. The bakery seemed dark and dreary and we had to ask if there was anything else in the back as the shelves were empty. Additionally, it seemed as though they were doing me a favor by boxing up the few pastries I was able to purchase. There were no 'thank you' from the staff and they everyone just seemed miserable. Maybe if the focus wasn't on Halloween, there would be more joy. Needless to say, there are plenty of other bakeries out there.

We ordered a cake from Vesta’s for our baby’s baptism, and it was delicious! Very moist cake and tasty frosting. My husband said it might be the best cake he ever had! We’ll definitely be getting more cakes from here 😊 🎂

If you want the best tasting cake on the East Coast, come to Vesta. Our 2nd birthday cake order and just as good as the last time. I've had cakes that were more elegantly decorated but I can't recall better cake and frosting. It's just better than most bakeries. We live in Boston but come to Westerly for an annual family gathering. My wife loves to get cakes for special occasions so I've had quite a few great experiences. You will cut a 2nd piece of Vesta's cake....Also very reasonably priced.

Worst customer service experience I have ever had. We had a scheduled cake tasting for our wedding and upon walking in, we were given the coldest welcome. They communicated with us horribly while there and made it feel like we were a total inconvenience. After asking if they were prepared for us to come, the girl said “well we had 3 other tastings cancel on us today”. We had emailed in advance with our preferred flavor but they asked us what four flavors we wanted to sample and they will make them. The girl at the counter after each question had to go back and whisper to someone hiding in the back but never had a direct answer for us herself. The staff was extremely rude and couldn’t have done a better job at making our special day feel any less significant.
The carrot cake was so heavy, that another patron carried it to my car! It was not some light, cotton candy sort of confection, but a substantial cake, with just the right degree of sweetness. All the guests loved it! While at Vesta, I bought a cranberry pecan loaf. It is the Best. Bread. I have ever eaten.

Vesta has been making cakes for my children’s birthdays for years and we are always delighted when we open up the box and get the first look at the beautiful cake! Truly, the cakes are always the highlight of their birthday parties. So much thought, effort, and many beautiful details are put into each cake. I was blown away by the details on my son’s pirate cake. They even put real flowers on my daughters birthday cake! Not to mention, they are always so yummy. We will never go anywhere else for our cakes. Thank you!

This bakery went above and beyond to get a birthday cake done! The cake was moist and delicious, the ganache was perfect, and the frosting was creamy and sweet, but not overly sweet. I would absolutely recommend Vesta to anyone who needs baked goods!!

I Ordered my 4 yr old grandsons bday cake one mo prior to needing it. When we went to get the cake it was not ready. When we returned later the cake was decorated sloppily and haphazardly. It was a rush job. It even had finger prints on the frosting. The cake looked nothing like the photo we provided. Will never return
