The carrot cake was so heavy, that another patron carried it to my car! It was not some light, cotton candy sort of confection, but a substantial cake, with just the right degree of sweetness. All the guests loved it! While at Vesta, I bought a cranberry pecan loaf. It is the Best. Bread. I have ever eaten.
Vesta has been making cakes for my children’s birthdays for years and we are always delighted when we open up the box and get the first look at the beautiful cake! This bakery went above and beyond to get a birthday cake done! The cake was moist and delicious, the ganache was perfect, and the frosting was creamy and sweet, but not overly sweet. I would absolutely recommend Vesta to anyone who needs baked goods!!
