Really good food but disappointing half the ingredients were missing from my $16 burrito, no pico/guac beans. Kinda strange.

Good food, not the best.
But I want to talk about your waitresses. I ordered my food for the restaurant, and she gave me a takeout order , serving it like that on paper plates.
And the final straw was when the lady decided to ask for tips like it was mandatory.

I would give zero stars if I could. Yes they did fix the issue at first but they just put stuff on top of cold tacos. Then when I got home and tried them they just lacked real flavor, I LOVE authentic tacos but these were just not made right and I had a terrible experience from start to finish

This place had one of the best cooks who was the backbone of the business. He was the bright personality and the reason I'd bring people across the US who visited here. After he's gone, it's nothing reflective of what he was producing. So I won't be going nearly as much due to the level of drop off of quality and taste.

We didn't eat or stay long. We thought it was a normal restaurant. No different than a McDonald's. Giving it two stars only for that reason. I am sure the food is good.

Have ordered here many times in the past with no issues however today I ordered for myself and my wife only to arrive to pickup the order to be told half of what i ordered was not available and have the staff member at the register wag her finger in my face telling me no. Exceptionally rude

I’ve been working in the area for about a month. I’ve been a repeat customer but this one middle-aged woman seems like she doesn’t wanna work there and she’s miserable….. So after work I pulled through the drive-through for two steak tacos and a chicken taco, then jumped on the highway towards the way home after I got my bag of food…. It was two pork tacos instead of the three tacos that I ordered, which isn’t a big deal so I called just to ask what I was charged….. The lady barely Spoke English and while I was trying to explain, I received the wrong two tacos and it was short a taco, but I was charged for three she couldn’t understand me so she hung up on me! When I called back, they started forwarding my phone calls…… Very unprofessional, I wasn’t even trying to get refunded. I was just trying to explain to the lady the situation and she was so overwhelmed that she did anything to avoid it at all cost….. Never seen some behavior like that from a middle-age worker in my life

I used to order here regularly because the food was always fresh and high quality. Unfortunately, my last three orders have been disappointing—stale, cold, and seeming like they were just reheated. I really loved this place, but lately it feels like a waste of money. I hope things improve, because I'd love to come back if the quality returns.
