If I could give this place a zero I would, lady was taking more tables that she could handle. Not only was she taking a long time to get to our table BUT she gave us plain boneless wings when we ordered BUFFALO wings. How can you forget the buffalo in buffalo boneless wings.

Applebee's food is just not good, but some people are easy to please, so of course, place is still running. When I went, the restaurant was crawling with wait staff and bussers, but for some reason we waited half an hour for everything we asked for... on a dead night.

Kelse on more than one occasion has tried to over charge my party for under cooked food that had to be redone and tonight at tha bar had friends threatening bodily harm to my party.

We were there with 2 young kids it took an hour to get our food and it was 2 o'clock on a Monday service wasn't attentive and I got a chicken bacon ranch sandwich there was one dot of ranch soaked in the bread and nothing was hotKid-friendliness: Besides the long wait the food for kids is the perfect amount
The steak I ordered was 30% gristle that could not be cut and was completely inedible. My friend’s salmon tasted ok, but was rather dry. All the food and appetizers we ordered arrived cold, as if they had been sitting out for a while. Drinks took forever to arrive. This is not the first time we’ve been to this location, but this was certainly the worst time. I’m a fan of Applebees, but to say I was disappointed this time was a gross understatement.

I order from Applebee’s all the time and I always get the same thing…. the three cheese chicken penne pasta, and every time I have ordered it I pay extra for extra bruschetta and extra cheese sauce, and they almost never give it to me, so not only am I wasting money on extra sauce, but I’m also not getting it And they took the option to add extra cheese sauce off of DoorDash so it almost feels like they did it on purpose and to add on top of that they put barely any cheese Sauce in the pasta anymore. 2/10 always messes my order up. As you can see by the picture that I shared, the pasta is drier than a bone. Anyway, thanks for listening to my TEDTalk

My daughter's steak was well done when she ordered it black and blue. By the time she got her meal back We had finished eating. The waitress was very apologetic and packed up the meal so my daughter could eat it at home. I guess they have a new chef because we've never had this problem before.

Be prepared because it is always busy when we go and you may have to wait for a table. Staff is friendly and management is on top of their game. Food was spectacular! The burger bun was toasted to perfection, the pretzel sticks were out of this world, the spinach and artichoke dip was just right and had plenty of chips along with some salsa to finish them if we wanted. The passion margarita was outstanding! As a former bartender and a bit of a Margarita critic it was one of the best I've had.The only challenge is that corporate has insisted that they not give napkins when you sit down. Well I had some of my drink on my fingers cuz I spilled a little, so now my cocktail napkin is wet and I have to wait for a napkin to clean my sticky fingers. Come on Corporate please get with the program and spend the 3 cents to give customers napkins with their silverware. We don't need the silly paper bag you put them in, so just wrap the silverware in the napkin with the paper adhesive ring like others do and make your customers happier please. Ty!

Menu hasn’t changed in over a year we ordered boneless chicken for appetizer, husband ordered a burger, because I wasn’t happy with the menu I ordered a bowl of tomato basil soup which came out lukewarm and 15 minutes before my husbands order. Waitress knew that the soup was my meal. We placed our order at 4:29 pm and didn’t get HIS food until 5:15. Ended up taking it home. Will not be back to Applebees ever again. Of course the one time you want the manager to stop by he/she doesn’t. The restaurant was not busy either. To much socializing and congregating.
