We had gone out to dinner before going to Black, so I cannot say anything about the food, but I would imagine it is very good!Sarah was working behind the bar and was so wonderful and she has a great voice singing, as well.We had a great time!

Second time here, never again . After arriving at the restaurant and standing at the bar for over 5 minutes, trying to get the bartenders attention. I was unsuccessful. I don’t understand how you go into a business and you’re not greeted. You’re not acknowledge this lady didn’t even say welcome to BLACK,I’ll be right with you have a seat. Nothing I just don’t understand why the customer service is so nonexistent at this business. There was nothing welcoming about this establishment. There were people hanging out their cars right in front instead of just going to the parking lot. I really hated my experience at business and me and my sister ended up just leaving. This business needs to put more effort in to customer service training for their staff or really making sure that they hire friendly experienced people.And please if your going to comment back an excuse that you’re “understaffed” or that’s “how your business runs”please save it. We don’t want to hear it. You need to work on making this business better and taking accountability. At this time, this business has lackluster food and drinks one bartender at the bar who doesn’t welcome your customers and ignores them when they wait to ask a question, the bartender also takes food orders facilitates karaoke, and the handles the bar. That’s A LOT!! Send your business help! Nothing about my experience was good. I would not recommend this place to anyone who lives in the area or anyone who may visit Woonsocket. Skip this please ride 5 minutes up the road and get you some Taco Bell. At least they are kind,welcoming, and ready to serve you.

This place is a hidden gem! We’ve been meaning to try it for a while now and tonight we finally did and it did not disappoint! Beyond the great food is the amazing and friendly service. Sara was our server/ bartender and she did an exceptional job at making us feel welcome. She was attentive and very personable. The poutine was one of the main reasons why we came (we had a craving) and it was one of the best traditional poutines we’ve ever had, especially around here! We have small children and I’ve never seen them eat so well. Great menu options and you can tell the food is fresh. In addition to the poutine we also enjoyed the mahi mahi wrap, the swordfish, chicken tenders and the hand cut fries (which were AMAZING.) We will definitely be back, and we will be telling our friends and family of the positive experience as well.
Drinks are excellent, bartender Nikkie was a doll, it's clean and the food is awesome. I do not understand why it doesn't get a lot of traffic but the other patrons said it was always good as well. Highly recommend!

My wife and I went here before a performance at the Stadium Theatre, and I'm glad we did. The food and drinks were very good and the service was excellent! The bartender and server were both very attentive, welcoming, and friendly. Really couldn't ask for a better experience.

If you like something on the menu, check to see if they have it. 1st time there, I ordered the St.Louis baby back ribs, they said we don't serve that here. So I ordered some thin crispy onion rings. Yep you guessed it they came to the table with big fat onion rings. "Wait What" The menu clearly says thin onion rings.....
