Two employees were at the front counter, I was picking up my order and could see it was done, a woman asked me if she could help me, I told her my orders pickup name and she walked away and started filling a different order for drive through. The other employee rolled her eyes at me and walked away. No communication at all. I think it’s just an issue of unhappy employees putting it off on employees. After all it’s easy when you can hurt someone by doing nothing, why not punish me for not working where they work? At least that’s the vibe I got. Maybe it’s a Burger King company issue more than an employee issue.

No milk for breakfast tea. Dirty tables and the toilet seat in woman’s bathroom was covered with urine. Don’t visit BK often and will never come here again.

I'm giving them a one because I can't give them a zero. I came in as a customer wanting to get lunch, as it happens I also had to use the restroom which I wanted to do before I ordered. When I ask the girl at the counter to unlock the restroom code on the door please, she cast me under her breath and under her mask talking about there were other customers in line. While I was aware of the other customers I needed to use the restroom and was also going to be a paying customer until she behaved like that. I'm not sure why y'all have to lock the bathroom doors but that's not because of people like myself I can assure you. I am a paying customer and I don't expect to use facilities in a place when I'm not a paying customer so your girl just lost you business not that it's much but it's a drop in the bucket and I can assure you I shall pass this along to everyone I know. She was incredibly rude.

Ordered original chicken sandwich, it had nothing on it. Chicken fries were burnt and big fish sandwich for my daughter she liked it but it was labeled crispy chicken sandwich. Ppl are miserable at drive thru. Rather eat something on sidewalk

My expectations for fast food restaurants aren't very high these days but I had a coupon so I stopped in. For 4pm on a weekday the place was dead - the only other customers in the place were a man and his child sitting at a table. The first thing that hit me was just how filthy the floors were - wrappers, napkins, spills, etc. I could understand if it was during peak hours and they were short staffed but I counted 6 employees just standing behind the counter chatting away and basically doing nothing - would it have killed one of them to grab a broom ? The cashier seemed bothered that I was taking her away from the chat session to place my order. Sorry, not coming back.

Waited over 20 minutes for 4 items that I ordered ahead for. Food is cold. I didn't get the dipping sauce for the pickle fries. AWFUL!

Horrible here the use the same gloves touching everything scratching their head, fixing their hats, playing around with a coworkers all with the same gloves on disgusting
