When vegetarian tacos are ordered please don't put them in with meat tacos. Vegetarians don't eat food that touches meat and it was a waste of money

I really want to like this place but their customer service is just terrible. I get ignored every time I come in, the guys in back just stare at you like they can't be bothered to take your order at the counter, I don't care if you're busy at least acknowledge that someone is there and say you'll be with them as soon as possible...

Day November 3 24. Before I ordered the prices have risen too much after the pandemic. The tacos are smaller but I always kept ordering because I like the flavor. Every time I order something is missing from my order. Cheese in the tacos, lettuce etc. Once I ordered birria cheese and the meat arrived without cheese. Enough expensive to not be aware of. But what just happened to me right now 5.10 pm. It doesn't have a name. Call to place an order over $50. I ordered food for me and my children and the girl informed me that she didn't have time to take my card. She was very rude and I told her that it is logical that she has to charge me because it is obvious that she is not going to give them to me for free...I explained to her that I sent my daughter on foot to look for the food. I told him I'm not in a hurry, I can wait for you to charge me for the order, it's over the phone. She was not in the mood and was very unfriendly. He didn't want to do his job. Other times I have ordered by phone and I always pay with my card without problems... I am giving the numbers 1 by 1 and repeating the numbers 3 times each time. In the end I tell him, please repeat the numbers and he comes to tell me that the numbers are crossed out. ...I mean he didn't want to place the order. I told him I mean I'm going to pay you more than 60 dollars in food and you don't want to take the numbers to pay you. I told him, forget this, I will buy food in a place that wants to sell it to me and charge me. I hooked up the phone and I will never buy food from this place again. They are very rude and negative. For people who don't know the names of the dishes, they could help you order what you want. But they are not willing to sell their products with kindness and every time when my order arrives or I pick up it is missing something that they already charged me for. I order from this place and always spend more than $60 on food. So as a customer I won't waste my money anymore in this place. The owner of the place has to realize that his employees are losing customers because they do not take orders or make the correct order, let alone charge. If the food is free in this place, let everyone know. Since they are not willing to take 60 seconds to charge us. By phone or in person. He didn't place the order. I never looked for the food because....she didn't take my card numbers. I told him forget it, he doesn't want anything. Buy Chinese food.

I love the food from here!!! They skimp on toppings! The nachos are delicious! I always get anything carnitas.
Service was good. Food was not good at all. I couldn’t eat all my food I had one full taco and I had to choke it down. Over cooked and not very tasty. Will never eat there again.

Edited. Only order from locations that aren't Woonsocket. It's like playing Russian roulette ordering from there except there's a bullet in every chamber. Your order is just never correct.

This place be hiring little teenagers that are going through the phase of being brats. They wont answer the phone. They will talk to you super rude no matter how nice you are to them and they will mess up your order. I love the food but the service is trash!!!!
