I had waited 2 hours for my food. I called and asked for an update and was told they didn’t see an order. The amount was already withdrawn from my account and I was given a confirmation number. They said they would call me back with an update, but I did not receive a call for an additional 20 minutes I called with the number I had given them and no answer to my call 2 times. I then used my wife’s phone to call and got an immediate answer. I was told that needed to speak with their boss since they are who takes care of online orders. They again said they would call me back I told them I would call back in 15 minutes if I haven’t heard back. They never called me back to let me know everything was corrected. 10 minutes go by they show up with my food no call or apology like the past 2hrs and 50 minutes never happened. This was not the first instance where we needed to wait over a hour for our food to arrive we gave them the benefit of the doubt but needless to say I will never order from this restaurant again.
