Friendly staff. Fantastic cinnamon rolls and cheese danishes. Great lattes. Plenty of parking right on the edge of charming downtown Woonsocket with its fascinating architecture.

I really enjoyed my snickerdoodle with oat milk coffee at CC. Most importantly and the highlight of my morning was the gluten-free bagel, so I was able to eat a delicious bacon, egg and cheese. The only thing I would recommend is adding a matcha latte option to the menu and offering pistachio milk.

I just wanted to mention again the correct spelling of the country is Colombia, not Columbia. I’ve brought it up before, but I still see it written incorrectly. It’s a small fix, but an important one, especially for those of us who care about getting it right. I hope you’ll consider updating it.

This place has a 2 foot step to get in the door? I just lost both my drinks walking out. Litterally almost fell on my face walking out. Will never come back.

Consistently inconsistent

Staff is friendly but wait times are always long and there is no standardization over the drink recipes.

Drinks vary wildly day to day as different staff members prepare them differently leading to inconsistencies in the recipe: you can buy the same drink every day and every day have a completely different version of that drink.

Even if you specify exactly how you want the drink prepared, its a roll of the dice whether the drink will be made correctly.

The food & drinks do not disappoint, but their service does.The wait times are horrible. Door dash within the city can take up to 2hrs. In store, almost a half hour & drive thru is about 15-20mins. I would visit more frequently if it wasn’t for the slow service and inconsistent business hours.

Visited Coffee Connection in Woonsocket with high hopes, but unfortunately, my experience didn't quite meet expectations. I had some concerns regarding food handling practices and wait times. Perhaps with a bit more attention to detail and streamlined processes, this spot could truly shine. For now, I'm rooting for them to reach their full potential.

They always take forever to take your order

Always understaffed! They shut down online ordering forcing you to wait in the longest line! Wish there was a closer location cause this one really sucks! Expect to wait about 45 to receive your order after waiting in 2 lines! Ridiculous!!!!!

I come here at least once a week for a small ice coffee and a bacon egg and cheese sandwich. Last week I was charged almost $13 today was $11.55 so I asked for a receipt bcuz I never get one. I looked at it and I was charged .75 cents for ONE pump of caramel swirl. That’s ridiculous for ONE extra pump. .25 cents I wouldn’t mind paying but that’s ALOT for a pump of swirl in my opinion. Then charged .50 cents for butter. Also some mornings I am waiting in line for 15 minutes which is also ridiculous. If the owner sees my review I just want to tell you maybe put another person on in the morning bcuz there’s NO reason I should be waiting 10/15 minutes in a drive thru. The food is great and I love the coffee but just wanted to let the owner know my frustration.
