Coffee Connection Woonsocket

The food & drinks do not disappoint, but their service does.The wait times are horrible. Door dash within the city can take up to 2hrs. In store, almost a half hour & drive thru is about 15-20mins. I would visit more frequently if it wasn’t for the slow service and inconsistent business hours.

Visited Coffee Connection in Woonsocket with high hopes, but unfortunately, my experience didn't quite meet expectations. I had some concerns regarding food handling practices and wait times. Perhaps with a bit more attention to detail and streamlined processes, this spot could truly shine. For now, I'm rooting for them to reach their full potential.

They always take forever to take your order

Always understaffed! They shut down online ordering forcing you to wait in the longest line! Wish there was a closer location cause this one really sucks! Expect to wait about 45 to receive your order after waiting in 2 lines! Ridiculous!!!!!

I come here at least once a week for a small ice coffee and a bacon egg and cheese sandwich. Last week I was charged almost $13 today was $11.55 so I asked for a receipt bcuz I never get one. I looked at it and I was charged .75 cents for ONE pump of caramel swirl. That’s ridiculous for ONE extra pump. .25 cents I wouldn’t mind paying but that’s ALOT for a pump of swirl in my opinion. Then charged .50 cents for butter. Also some mornings I am waiting in line for 15 minutes which is also ridiculous. If the owner sees my review I just want to tell you maybe put another person on in the morning bcuz there’s NO reason I should be waiting 10/15 minutes in a drive thru. The food is great and I love the coffee but just wanted to let the owner know my frustration.

Always understaffed. Waiting in the drive through is always insane and takes forever. They change the time they open and close and don’t tell anyone. I pulled up once at 2 minutes past and they were like sorry we closed actually. Like what!? That’s not anywhere listed. I head driven far as well so it was all a waste. Used to really enjoy but they make it so hard to like them with things like this ?. The women who is always at the drive through also drives me crazy with her attitude.

What a shame this place has gone so downhill. They have the protein shakes on the menu for the drive through, but they don’t serve them at the drive through… okie dokie. Go inside to order, after a few people put in their orders I had to wait for the servers to get caught up. Okie dokie. Then the cockroach walked by the front of the pastry window. That’s when I walked out. Will not be going back to this coffee connection again. It’s worth driving to somewhere cleaner with better service. Hope they get their act together, they used to be a great spot.

I really like the coffee so I usually don't mind the wait. But I sat in the drive thru for 20 minutes for one coffee today, and upon driving away and tasting it, very disappointed. I've worked at a few coffee places and have been struggling to think of a reason it's a 10-15 wait in the drive-thru every time. I understand sandwiches and more complicated drinks can be ordered by others to make it take longer, but again, none of those, even all combined, should translate to this long of a wait for customers. Not sure I'll be coming back again.

The food and coffee is my favorite in Woonsocket but my mind is boggled why there is no food prep to make the line much faster. They should def precook the bacon to make the sandwiches faster. Lots of diners do. I just wanted coffee but was stuck in the drive-thru. Hopefully they will figure it out bc it’s the only decent coffee place I’ve found.

Bagels were super fresh & soft the variety of delicious drinks was phenomenal & pastries were also terrific!

No one cares to take an order. I waited 30 minutes to get coffee and bagel.
