My favorite coffee spot. Love the food and (reeses) cookies. The large iced coffees are a good size and always made amazingly . Today i tried pistchio (in love, obsessed- last month it was irish nut [hazelnut & irish cream blessed me]). Best coffee around . I prefer hot coffee and they always get it right but i had an iced today for the second time and it was awesome . I dont go to other coffee shops anymore (not for coffee anyway) , found my place .Parking: Large lot.

I had an italian wrap today at a very good price. It was made with good quality ingredients. Fresh vegetables, bread, and cold cuts. Definitely, I recommend this place.

3 stars on service because of the wait time. Youre in line inside or the drive thru for a while if theres a few people. It shouldn't take me 10 minutes in the drive thru for 3 cars. The staff is friendly and they make my stuff on point everytime.

Great coffee, annoying manager. Actually, excellent coffee! pretty nice staff and manager you gotta look out for because he really tempts you to just tell him off! Nobody needs your grumpy rude attitude, day ruiner! If he catches you on the wrong day, you might come out of character. What a challenge - getting the best coffee around, without having to interact with that condescending unnecessary disposition. If you manage to get your coffee when he’s not there and you’re in the clear, it’s gonna be a great day! You won! Enjoy that sweet escape that is the first sip of that top of the line coffee. You made it safely across the bridge and troll.

I love the coffee connection (mini) chain, though this location is unfortunately my least favorite. The manager is rude & honestly I have a very high tolerance for fed-up, exhausted and short tempered service workers- I was one myself. My bar is fairly low for a manager of a coffee shop, the atmosphere created here by the attitude doesn’t reach it. Upon ordering 2 dozen bagels (this was not today, it was a while ago) (which was never stopped or commented on before hand…..) the owner questioned the customer and in a very annoyed tone almost shouted “that was my entire order for the week and it’s only Monday” as he sighed. I’m not sure how you run a food and drink business only ordering 24 bagels for a single day, never mind a full week. The drinks are good because the coffee is good, the brewed flavors are always awesome. But the slow service, lack of communication about random closures, and poor quality customer service from management make this place last on the list of good coffee connection locations. If you do go to CC, try the Cumberland one or Providence. Also, try the mint chocolate chip iced coffee. It’s amazing.Dietary restrictions: They have nondairy milk, oat and almond. No soy milk anymore, I’m guessing since it wasn’t popular.

I feel bad for Woonsocket; this location gets a nightmare of a manager whereas the other locations get the pleasant and polite managers, and this location doesn’t sell the healthy food options that other locations do, like avocado toast and organic acai bowls, pitaya and coconut bowls, when 1. Woonsocket is already a food desert, 2. is known for having poor health outcomes and 3. really needs healthy options in town…. it’s so messed up ? the social and economic injustice of NOT selling those items here.Thankfully, there are a few wonderful and kind workers… they truly deserve nice tips paid directly to them… I encountered a snotty employee once… (she must’ve been dating the rude manager.)The manager is so rude, it has to be repeated. I am respectful until I’m disrespected. He’s a miserable guy, so don’t take it personal. Is he that way with White Men and/or the Mayor? l’d be interested to find out. He makes it hard to pray for him, but hey, maybe he hates his life, “hurt people hurt people”, so let’s still pray for him and grit your teeth when he speaks to you condescendingly. Do not repay evil with evil, but overcome evil with good.Because the coffee is the best! Maybe that’s why the manager continues to be a “queen”. He’s got a female attitude that Cardi B talks about, like “when you got good *** ***, you can be toxic! They’ll still keep coming back” ??

Placed a breakfast order from Coffee Connection through DoorDash, but due to driver unavailability, I went to the restaurant an hour later to pick it up. Upon arriving , I was informed the order hadn't even been prepared. Despite expressing my concern about the delay, the staff's response was dismissive, and the situation escalated when the person in charge began yelling. Notably, he explicitly mentioned that DoorDash was not a priority for him. Despite maintaining my composure, the unprovoked rudeness was unsettling. Opting to cancel the order, I requested a receipt, only to face more unnecessary yelling. The only positive note was a sympathetic gesture from a young lady who silently mouthed “I’m sorry”. This incident suggests a recurring issue with the individual in charge. I’ve decided not to order from Coffee Connection again. If they can’t handle the DoorDash then they should stop offering the service. This is probably the worst service and experience I’ve had anywhere ever.

never order from this place at the store itself its horrible and customer service sucks.go thru doordash.i 3 sandwiches in store and it was 19.49.then I looked on doordash and the same exact order but the doordash had the option to double the egg so i did that on doordash.along with a $3 dollar tip to driver and my total was $16.49. the store is a scam that's crazy could of stayed home and paid way less also when you pay with card it costs more than cash.my ordered would have been 21.13 if I paid with card.i noticied not even 30seconds later and I asked the staff to xancel my order and I was going to go thru doordash and they literally wouldn't let me.how much could you possible gotten done in 30seconds.screw this place and to top it off the sandwiches were worse than dunkin donuts.never order from this place zero customer service people understand everyone is struggling these days everyone on some level and after I explained to them they still wouldn't do it.horrible customer service.if you are a normal customer then I suggest ordering thru doordash unless you like throwing your money away then be my guest.also the blonde at the front desk is so darn rude if you hate you job so much I suggest you find a new job where you don't deal with peopleDietary restrictions: Never order from them was very clear as to what I wanted yet didn't get thatWheelchair accessibility: Not wheelchair accessible

What’s the purpose of the drive-thru if you have to go inside to order lunch items? Nowhere there’s a sign that says anything about ordering lunch items inside only..That just doesn’t make sense. Is either you have one or you don’t.
