I was disappointed with the half burnt completely black edges on the pizza and also the pizza was square cut I did not want square cut. Wouldnât recommend

Ordered a pan pizza cooked well done. What I received was a pizza that was raw dough in the middle. When I called to let them know what happened I was given attitude by the girl that answered the phone. She literally said "look, I am really tired and don't have time for this right now". Trash food and service all in one.

Waited over an over for our order with miscommunication from staff stating it was on the way. Called back again and spoke with a manager; I guess the driver dropped our order on the ground somewhereâŠ. Never told us; they were supposedly remaking our order. Manager said she thought the driver did it in front of us and we told the driver to remake the order⊠It would have been nice for an update/being transparent. The manager made it right, refunded my card, and told me âmy next order is freeâ however this was incredibly off putting to have a dishonest delivery driver; not someone I particularly want handling my food.
Thank you to the manager for their kindness and understanding they are really the reason for the one star. The food has always met expectations, but this time the ball was severely dropped. I think weâll just stick with Papa Ginoâs moving forward.
Looking at the recent reviews it appears as though I am not the only one having issues with this location.

Last week they sent me a sour pizza. It was literally bad. Itâs still sitting in the trash right now and today I ordered two pepperoni pizzas and was delivered a pineapple pizza. And got stuffed bread not cinnamon twists
Bad service, several orders placed and it came wrong, when it doesn't come with burnt pizza. I have been a Domino's customer for a long time in several states but this one has a lot to improve.

I've ordered in this location several times in the past with no issues. However I was. Really disappointed with the last visit. They had a special with 9.99 unlimited toppings so I ordered a pizza with extra cheese and all the meat toppings with banana peppers. This is what I got. I mean do you see any extra cheese, sausage, beef, or bacon? They really skimped on the toppings.

I waited for the driver to call for abt an hour and never did. So I called back and they said check the side door, and I did and behold my order in the freezing cold, who knows how long itâs been there when this delivery service is so terrible they should start calling when they are outside. Donât recommend ordering DELIVERY!!. AND THEY ADDED TOPPINGS TO MY HAWAIIAN PIZZA I DONT LIKE PEPPERS!! And they gave no sauces

If I could give this place 0 stars I would. We order two pizzas and neither of them came delivered correctly. Mine was a pepperoni and had no sauce or cheese on it. They also estimated a 25 min wait on delivery and took 45 mins and the pizza was cold. When the kid came to deliver it he threw it at our doorstep.
