Came here for a simple bagel, no one to work the register, and I ask for a bagel toasted with cream cheese. I did get a bagel sliced with cream cheese ( apparently I can no longer get cream cheese on the side ) They put it on not toasted either and paper thin amount.
This is why if I can I now go to smaller coffee shops or Starbucks Dunkin’ has gone down hill and has been for years ( drug addict sitting in the lobby charging his phone smelling up the place also )

What’s worse is these places never even follow thru with these customer scores.
Bring on Amazon to close the department stores and chain networks like Dunkin’customer service has drastically dropped across the board and quality.

The Dunkin on S Main St is one of the best. I do go in there a lot and the employees aren’t the typical rude type, they’ve always treated me well and I appreciate that. My food and drinks are always made well! No complaints about this Dunkin, I highly recommend it!

They are extremely understaffed. Poor kid was running around trying to get things done for both drive-thru and incoming customers. Looked miserable but I didn't blame the kid. It was very warm outside but there was a sticky muggy feeling when walking in. Wasn't comfortable enough to sit and enjoy my food. The tables were not clean but it didn't seem like anyone had time to clean them. This was not my first second or third time in this establishment either. Everything was the same each time. I blame the owner of this place. This is on a very busy street with a lot of business. Do better.

Thanks to the continually bad experiences at this store, I've pretty much given up spending my money on coffee so kudos to this location for helping me save money. Consistently terrible service and quality. Would not recommend this location to a friend. Find one 5 min down the road.
I went to this Dunkin’ Donuts and got a corn muffin that was hard I asked if I could have a fresh one instead of a day old and the manager said that they were just overcooked this muffin wasn’t over cooked it was at least two days old I got home and it was so hard I could bounce it off the floor this has happened to me too many times I am done giving them my money for hard old muffins

The last 4 times I come to the dunkin the coffee is burnt. I ordered 2 large coffees I get extra pumps of the swirls which at this location is .30 cents each extra pump I get 3 extra pumps each coffee that's .90 cents more for my coffees. And I can't even taste them because the coffee is so burnt. I don't understand why the coffee is always burnt.. I also tip all the time I work for tips so I get it but I'm no longer going to this dunkin and I don't recommend anyone to go here.
