I go out of my way to avoid this location whenever possible. They can’t read, they can’t listen, and they can’t do anything right. Every visit was a guaranteed disaster. I don’t know who or how the hiring process works over there, but I suggest NOT hiring people off the short bus.

This afternoon I ordered a bacon egg & cheese croissant with white cheddar & Chipotle. I got American cheese & no Chipotle (i added it from home!). On top of that, my croissant was burnt and hard, almost inedible! I added my own Chipotle sauce. Not only missing items but items made were disgusting. Im 7 months pregnant & was very hungry, but definitely not a good lunch. Very disappointing. Dunkin employees, I get it, works work but, maybe try more to give your best? Seems like you just give up before you even start and that's unfair. Dunkin is most peoples start to their mornings. I look at it this way, you have the power to make or break someone's day. Strive to MAKE it and bring a smile to their face because they're on their way to work too. I always need coffee and food in the mornings & good food & service make my day brighter! Whomever manages this Dunkin, read other reviews. It seems there's many dissatisfied customers lately. Crazy idea, maybe address the issues? It's really disheartening.

Went here with three of my friends to get some coffee and donuts because they never answered the phone at 7:30 called several times went there at 8:15 the doors were locked and no one came to the drive-up window I don't understand if they close at 9:00 as it says online someone should have been there I answered the phone this has happened on multiple occasions at this point

The amount of ice i just recieved is rediculous. They get my coffee wrong almost every time I order from them. They seriously need to learn how to read.

Honestly all the way around terrible! Had to repeat my coffee twice at the speaker for them to still mess it up! Medium ice butter pecan with milk and extra sugar for medium iced butter pecan caramel cream and 5 sugar instead, medium ice butter pecan 5 cream 5 sugar for medium ice butter pecan caramel 3cream 5 sugar. Asked for a plain bagel with extra cream cheese on the side, got charged extra for the cream cheese but didn’t receive any. Asked for a strawberry frosted with sprinkles instead I receive a plain donut with a tap of strawberry frosting on it. Everytime I come here everyone is miserable and has attitudes can’t take orders properly and can’t make orders properly

Came here for a simple bagel, no one to work the register, and I ask for a bagel toasted with cream cheese. I did get a bagel sliced with cream cheese ( apparently I can no longer get cream cheese on the side ) They put it on not toasted either and paper thin amount.
This is why if I can I now go to smaller coffee shops or Starbucks Dunkin’ has gone down hill and has been for years ( drug addict sitting in the lobby charging his phone smelling up the place also )
Absolutely disgusting
What’s worse is these places never even follow thru with these customer scores.
Bring on Amazon to close the department stores and chain networks like Dunkin’customer service has drastically dropped across the board and quality.

This Dunkin always messes up my orders. Last one I got a latte and the put cold foam on it. Stupid!
The Dunkin on S Main St is one of the best. I do go in there a lot and the employees aren’t the typical rude type, they’ve always treated me well and I appreciate that. My food and drinks are always made well! No complaints about this Dunkin, I highly recommend it!

Had a great experience here, Elisa was so helpful and kind, always a smile on her face, we come here at least 3x a week and my coffee is always perfect and delicious!

They are extremely understaffed. Poor kid was running around trying to get things done for both drive-thru and incoming customers. Looked miserable but I didn't blame the kid. It was very warm outside but there was a sticky muggy feeling when walking in. Wasn't comfortable enough to sit and enjoy my food. The tables were not clean but it didn't seem like anyone had time to clean them. This was not my first second or third time in this establishment either. Everything was the same each time. I blame the owner of this place. This is on a very busy street with a lot of business. Do better.
