I went there 7/12/2025 stay away from this location. I paid 5.25 for med mango pineapple. I stopped at the Blackstone DD and paid 3.49 for same drink.

Staff is always rude and soon as you turn around, start talking crap about you. If you say it's unprofessional, they'll say they have free speech. All over a simple misunderstanding.

I went into this Dunkin this morning with an iced coffee I had purchased at another store (that was more convenient for me) that was so bad it was undrinkable. They took my shitty coffee no questions asked and gave me a new coffee without charging me even though I hadn't bought it at that store. And it didn't disappoint. It was delicious. Every time I go to this store the service is fast and friendly and the coffee is made perfectly.
They were rude and the people working there started fighting because they didn't want to place an order.

This has to be the worst DD in Woonsocket especially when it comes to service. The other day ordered 2 donuts at the counter and was 20 cents short. It was late in the day about 6pm. Every DD I've been to, whenever I go at this hour, will either give me a free donut if I order more than one or will no charge me if I just order one. I will say I go there different times of the day and I never ask or request or expect anything free they have all done it with pleasure. Well when I told this hefty gal with hair pulled back I was short 20 cents and since it was 6pm could she give me one free she said no. This was the first time I ever asked and I did do because I was short and embarrassed. When I told her all the other DD has given me a free around this time of day without asking, she said 'Well we don't do that here." So I left without getting anything. She was super rude but this store is not surprise bad attitude seems to be the mantra here.
Today went to drive thru. Waited at the speaker and no one greeted me. Kept waiting and nothing. Backed up, went forward and nothing. Finally drove to the window and the skinny white kid with ponytail that had the ear piece didn't even look at me so I knocked on the glass he looked annoyed. He came to the window and I told him that had been waiting at the speaker for a while. He said he was busy but come on, hr could have told me on the speaker that he would right with me instead of silence. I just left and went to a different DD. Tired of getting d off disappointed here. That far girl that was rude, she needs to go. The skinny dude needs to be retrained. The management here must really suck.

Just today, my father, and fiance went in, and the ginger haired employee was MASSIVELY disrespectful and mistreated my fiance, over his own failure to follow protocol. There is absolutely no reason to behave in such a manner. Seriously? You all need to hire better employees.
