If I could give no stars I would I was in line for almost 30 minutes again and I placed a mobile to go order so what's the point of mobile to go if you're in line for a half hour

Just like every other Dunkin.. you come one day order your coffee it's made fine, next day order the same coffee and taste completely different.

I come here around 5 am in the morning, I get a large ice caramel blueberry regular. A simple coffee 4-4-4-4, yet every single time I come through the drive through my coffee is always descusting , it’s never made right, either has 3-3-3-3 in it, doesn’t have blueberry in it or it’s missing ingredients, and I still never complain or bash but this is actually getting ridiculous, my coffee never has a sticker on it as well so that could be the problem too. Won’t ever come back again and im not the only one in town who hates this place, Don't waste your money. It’s a last resort because it’s open 24/7, this is now day #15 my coffee taste like mud water. Stop taking my coffee as a suggestion and do your brainless job correctly.

This is my favorite Dunkin’ Donuts. I love this Dunkin’ Donuts. The staff here are amazing. The guy in the window is my hero. Makes me smile every morning that old bald guy with the crap attitude that talks to you like you’re a burden in the drive-through window sounds like he hates his life. Should not be working on the drive-through speaker. He makes my morning suck his personality sucks his attitude sucks the way he speaks to people is absolutely disgusting. He does not belong working in a setting with people at all when I pulled up the speaker I shouldn’t hear A miserable man asking me my order. He says can I help you, anything else? The guy is rude

I went through the drive-thru at this Dunkin’ Donuts today, and the experience was honestly disappointing.

The first person who took my order was very helpful and kind, but then another voice came on — much more aggressive and not customer-service oriented at all — to tell me the drink I ordered only comes with one type of milk and can’t be switched. That’s totally fine, but her tone made it feel unnecessarily rude.

When I pulled up to pay, Sarah(same voice) ignored me while texting on her phone. I even had to say “miss” multiple times and hold my card out before she looked up and acknowledged me. It was uncomfortable and just not what you expect from Dunkin’.

Everyone can have a bad day, but if she was, she could’ve taken the initiative to ask someone to switch places with her or just step back to make the drinks instead of interacting with customers. The lack of professionalism made the whole experience unpleasant.

For the life of me I don't understand how someone can mess up dark roast three sugars black and still add cream especially when you tell them no cream. 🤦🏾‍♂️ You 4:00 a.m. guys need to do better and it's not like I could turn around because I was on my way to work. Egg and cheese on an English was crispy and hard as well come on man. 😑

Under new management and the manager clearly wasn't happy that I asked her to remake my coffee that they didn't make right in the first place!! There's also a lot of miserable employees that don't know how to do their job and when they feel like doing it it's half ass! I used to come here every day but I won't be coming anymore!!

Kind of had a shit coffee. I ordered myself a large iced mint chocolate chip cold brew with regular cream and cold foam, not too hard to get right, right? Well even with the guy double checking he had my order down right. he still made my coffee with no cold foam, I had to ask another girl to fix it. I get they were in a rush but how hard is it to read a slip? I get to my car and take a sip only to find out there’s also no flavor in my coffee just coffee cream and cold foam, Great start to my morning smh

Love Dunkin, but long wait time depending on who orders what in front of you. Love the Chipotle aioli wraps but could tell they were rushing to keep up. Good anyways!

We used the drive thru twice 6/26. First time good experience. Second time the incompetent moron that made a hot coffee in the order never put the lid on properly, it spilled all over my legs & destroyed the driver seat/interior of my vehicle. This happened when pulling away from the window. We pulled into the parking lot & it’s lucky my husband went inside the store to get a replacement, otherwise I’d have screamed. No apology either. Check your lids prior to pulling off.

Look at the floor through the drive through window and you can tell they are not worried about cleanliness at all. Decided not to eat or drink the items bought here, if this is how they keep the front I can only imagine how bad the back is. First time going to this store and will definitely be the last.
