Open for 50 minutes. No bagels. No green tea. No service sat at counter for 15 minutes just waiting to order. The two girls on had no clue what they were doing. 18 minute wait just for a sandwich and coffee. Who’s running this place? Over 30 minutes to walk in order and get food. Thanks for ripping me off and making me late to work 🙃

The most careless Dunkin's I have ever been to, don't order anything modified or different from a basic coffee or sandwich. Its been the last 8 out of 10 times I have been here that they mess up my order and it's not hard, just a sausage egg and cheese on a bagel but NO CHEESE, I will get cheese but no egg or no egg and no cheese. Coffee is normally right but they have messed up 1 milk a couple times too and I have gotten a cup of milk with a little bit of coffee in it but they normally get the coffee right. I'm at the point I avoid this location unless I'm just getting coffee and even then I still would rather go to a different location.

I honestly spend a quarter of my paycheck a month in Dunkin’ Donuts. I am a dunkie! This morning I was working in a different area and visited this Dunkin’. My order was completely wrong and when I corrected them, they gave me excuse after excuse of why they got it wrong instead of just getting it fixed, my drink was only half full and I was told that is how a large comes. I don’t appreciate being made to feel stupid when I spend so much money and time at Dunkin’ Donuts. Just apologize and get it right. I promise you are the only Dunkin doing this since I go on a daily basis around the whole state of Massachusetts and Rhode Island.

I recently had a disappointing visit to Dunkin'. Despite placing my order clearly, the staff made me repeat it at the window and still managed to get it wrong. I had to wait much longer than expected, only to receive an incorrect order. It was a frustrating experience, and I'll be thinking twice before returning to this location.

1st time here and these ppl are a whole vibe . Energy is so amazing , customer sitter in there 3 old guys go to me isn’t that place great . We come and have coffee and talk and these ppl are amazing I had to agree. Lady smiled at me when I pulled I walked in she was stocking little counter . Then the man who took my order he sent my morning off right . Good vibes with my coffee goes hand and hand . I want this manager to give this team a praise because the morning starting right is always a big plus and I appreciate them for that . The crew was silly ans happy and cool ????????
