Fazzini's Restaurant & Banquet Hall

There were 4 of us in our group and really enjoyed our appetizers & dinner. A relaxed atmosphere with a courteous staff. We will definitely be back. ☺I would suggest paying a closer attention to the cleanliness of the mens room and and the bathroom door.

We did not have a good experience here tonight. The only good thing was the waitress. When we walked in the door there was a woman playing a guitar and singing in the restaurant area. The manager walked up to us and seated us far away because I said the music was loud. So while we were looking at the menu I decided that I could not stay listening to the woman singing. Not only was it too loud but she was not good at all. The waitress was very nice and brought us to another table in the pub area. We ordered a meal and bread and salad before the main dish came out. The salad was so-so. When the main dish came I proceeded to cut into my veal cutlet. It was very tough to cut and even worse to chew. The second bite was so bad I spit it out. The scallops that I got were sandy. I sent the mail back and asked for it to be removed from the bill. She said the manager would come over and talk to me but he never did. Fine with me. I’ll never be back.

Decided to try this place last night, we have been in the past and it was very good. Last night was so bad. The waitress had absolute no personality. It took forever just to get bread and oil. And I ordered the Insalata di Florentine and when it got to my table it had one piece of iceberg lettuce with a heap of bagged nuts. It was the strangest thing I have ever attempted to eat. When I told the waitress it was bad she responded with “yea that’s the Florentine salad” as if I didn’t know what I was talking about. My husband ordered veal parm and the sauce was orange and had a strange taste. I did get the white sangria and that was good but I have never had a dining experience like it and will never go back. Do not recommend.

2nd time we've gone for dinner. Food was beyond fantastic both times. Service was quick and attentive.

Such a cute little place!! I always pass it on my way to work yet every time I found myself headed there the ownership had changed and it wasn't open. I was glad we went. My sons absolutely lived their food. My oldest had fettuccine alfredo with grilled chicken and he said "The chicken melted in his mouth". Excellent service - well worth the wait.

Absolutely disgusting. My husband and I had been frequent visitors with the original owners, now I'm never going back. The servers & bartender use there bare hands to cut the bread. Watched a kitchen staff picking his nose after dropping some dishes in the dining room. They have switched from high end meats & cheeses to sysco prepackaged stuff. I had fruit flies all around my table, one landed in my dinner and I refused to eat any more of it. The dinner didn't even taste good why would I want it to be remade? The entire wait staff & host are all brand new only about a week or so in the positions (what happened to the older staff)?? Will never be going back. I work in the industry and this made me seriously ashamed.

We’ve gone here a few times and liked it so we went again once we heard it was under new ownership. Service was terrible and the place was empty. Took 20 mins to find out they didn’t have the stuff for a espresso martini. Then we proceeded to wait 45 mins for salads, never once got plates or silverware. Then at the end of the night when spoken with manger he proceeded to say this is the nicest restaurant in this dump of a city Woonsocket. You couldn’t pay me to go back.

Ordered the "Vitello Fazzini" a "signature dish". The veal had a somewhat unpleasant texture. Scallops were actually good, but the whole dish was swimming in an oily mess, which made it a little unpleasant. Cheesecake for dessert was not at all enjoyable.Best way to describe the service was "awkward".

Have always wondered about this place and what the food is like. To my surprise, it's actually pretty damn good. I'm from the South so I need food with flavor!! The food here is absolutely amazing, people are very friendly and make you feel welcome ?. If you're looking for a good home cooked meal this is your place. Hands down and the portions are huge! Love it!!

Excellent meal today. We even got to watch the Bills vs Bucs game.

OUTSTANDING!!! The best Italian Restaurant I have ever been to! The awesome Chef made me homemade Béarnaise sauce to accommodate the superb Filet Mignon! Everyone in our group were thrilled with their meals. Definitely a great place for a family and friends to gather for great food. They even have a separate room for special occasions. Do yourself a favor and visit soon!

Food is fantastic. We haven’t been disappointed in any of our entrees. Chef Alonzo is an amazing chef & very personable owner. Nice atmosphere and friendly & knowledgeable staff. Highly recommend trying this restaurant!

I ordered food at 6pm they said 30 mins no problem I get there 635 I had to wait till 7pm to get my take out food I get home and start to eat food was terrible! Worst Italian food in Rhode Island!! Super disappointed

We ordered 6 Sunday Family Chicken Dinners to go last week The dinners we're packaged individually and ready on time for pickup. The chicken, ziti, and french fries were warm and the salads we're cool. The pasta sauce was delish! The price was reasonable and the portions were adequate. We'll have dinner inside next time also.

Would have been 4 stars… I ordered a 6 oz filet and fish & chips. My steak was cooked a perfect medium, although I requested medium rare. I always ask for med rare because I can always cook it a little more but can’t take a med well filet and make it medium! Anyway, food was great but their pricing is not so great. Online the filet was $17 and fish & chips $11. When we picked up the food I was charged $23 for the filet and $13 for the fish& chips. I brought it to their attention and was told pricing changed under the new management. I get that but on the way out, I also picked up a takeout menu from the bar area and it too reflected the old prices. 26% is a big jump and should be documented. Customers should not be surprised by their bill. Will definitely order again.
