Worst ever ordered delivery took 1hr and 15 minutes and I live 10 minutes away

Really enjoy the pizza and sandwiches. They are probably better than most in the city. The service is always great. However, their major downfall it is not inviting to eat there. In the winter they will not turn the heat on so you freeze, and in the summer, they do not put the air on, so you die of heat. Here is an adendum to my review. J & D it's under new ownership and the new owners are actually very nice. They are always eager to make sure you're very happy.So my first review was the old owner that didn't care if you were happy with your food or happy when you ate in there if you were going to be too hot or too cold. The new owner's care if your food is cold or hot meaning spicy and you don't like it. They want your food to be just right. They also are changing up the menu to make sure they put their culture and with it. I've tried some of the food.It actually is delicious. I'm not being paid to say this. I've been one of the taste testers because I go in there quite often. They know I'll give them an honest answer whether or not I care for the dish. So far I have not had a dish that I dislike. I actually like everything i've tried. You need to go in and see the new menu. They're posting it on different sites. I believe on Facebook and Instagram the new menu will be posted. What a change from previously. Next time I go in I will take pictures and post. Currently they run a special, a large pizza and it's too late.A bottle of soda for 12.99 where can you beat that. I am not being paid to solicit them at all. I just think that food is improved so much and this is a really good deal. The fact that they're also very nice and try to get to know their customers is also a plus. We are spending a spending a little more money because now they included ice cream and I am the weakest link. They also have some nice is Egyptian desserts. Please go and pick up dinner see what you're missing or have dinner there. Donna

Pizza was just OK. Not bad but definitely not great. The cheese tasted a bit weird like maybe it had cheddar in it too?? Not sure. Ceasar salad was served with dressing on the side and not enough for the whole salad. Croutons were bland.

New people own this place, it’s been about a year now and they cannot get it together. Food is edible but don’t expect to get a “well done” pizza, they cook everything how THEY want to cook it. I ordered 2 pizzas and a large French fry for pickup and was hung up on before finishing my order, went to get it and they tried to hand me 2 pizzas and 2 sub sandwiches. Told them it was wrong and waited another 15 minutes for it to be right. Did they adjust the price of my food? Nope. I’d save yourself the hassle, order from anywhere else.

This place used to be okay for a sandwich. Not so much anymore. Came in for my usual chicken Parm and they literally just put sauce on top of a couple of chicken tenders and called it a day. Not to mention the price goes up every other month. $4 difference from February 2024 is kind of insane for a single sandwich. So many better options around

This USED to be our go to place for a good sub. We always use door dash as we don’t live in that town, But tonight we ordered and our subs had BARELY any meat in them..we called them and they really said..”because we have to share the profit with door dash.. we can only give you 50% of the meat” IS THIS REAL LIFE?!?

The manager tells me because we ordered from door dash their offered service we only get “50%” of what a normal sub would be. And take it up with DoorDash. Very disappointing!

I had this pizza crust it was so good so delicious so nice and crispy and airy just the way how I like my pizza crust highly recommended and check this place out in Providence... Go to sleep on those guys over there the food is awesome...
