Kay's has been around for so long that 4 generations of my family have eaten there. We normally get their steak sandwiches, but they have a lunch and dinner menu that will satisfy anyone. The interior can be a little crowded but the service is always friendly and high quality. Oh and if you are wondering where the sandwich menu is, check the napkin!

I ordered 3 roast beef sandwiches with au jus (specifically asked for 3 French dips) and when I got home there was no au jus. I tried calling to see if they can make it right, but was told I can either drive back and get the sauce or they can give me a dollar credit. Not the experience I expect after spending over $60. The person on the phone didn't seem to care and just seemed like she wanted to get me off the phone. I used to love this place, but this experience has left a real sour taste in my mouth.

The place was charming and impeccably clean! The homemade meatballs were delicious! I had the stuffed cabbage that was also delicious. We used this place as a check off for a bucket list saying that we had something to eat in Rhode Island. This place was perfect for just that! Shame we don't live closer (Nashville) it would definitely be a go to place.
