Drive thru is very tight and uphill, not easy to do with a truck. With that being said, it’s a big chain and food was the same as any other kfc location.

This location always forgets items and now they will completely deny you food even when their cashier said it was okay. I was having trouble placing an online order and using a reward and I went to the location and the cashier said she would still honor giving me a 3 piece if my reward didn't go through. Sure enough it didn't go through, and she goes to get her manager. The manager wants an order confirmation (which at this moment I have still not received) showing that I ordered that item. I tell her what happened and that i was told I could have the 3 piece. She tells me she can't just give me free food and I need to call corporate. Challenge accepted. I will not be returning to this location.

We like this KFC. It has gotten quite expensive so I recommend using the deals on the app! I like the tenders and the chicken little sandwiches. My favorite part has always been their mashed potatoes, unfortunately they now come in a TINY portion:(

The quality of KFC chicken has gone downhill considerably.. The chicken is always overcooked and burnt tasting.. The chicken is completely dry and horrible.. I have done three buckets in a row and I have now given up at least for ordering at Woonsocket location... The staff obviously is not being supervised properly and don't care... Avoid where your Hard-Earned money is being well spent.

Both were rubbery and not good at all. Also the fries were barly half full. I feel that the food has gone down hill and they do not take pride in what they cook or serve. I will not be ordering from here fir a very long tome if ever.

KFC no longer has a good chicken it's a grease pit it was so greasy the chicken the breading completely slid off. Mac and cheese is so watery milky it's disgusting they no longer have the Colonel's corn on the cob I think decent left is a biscuits sad sad I grew up with the colonel that man would be rolling over and throwing up in his grave exclamation point explanation!!!

My worst experience with KFC up to this point the chicken was lukewarm,dry, hard, crusty and overcooked. I think they cooked it and left it under the heat lamps half the day probably because that's what it seemed like at least the only way I can describe it.

I multiapp so I frequent random grab bags of restaurants everyday. I've never suffered the way I did last night. I arrived to pickup an order at 9, the girl at the front counter tells me the chicken just came up, 5 minutes...they are not busy, there's only 1 other person in the lobby and drivethrough is not busy. I stood there making eye contact with her every opportunity and 25 minutes later she tells me that the order was picked up? I go by who? nobody else came in and you guys never put out a order that had a drink (aka one that could have been mine). She told me that it was picked up and that the customer should be fine. I look at my app and the customer is actively calling me upset that they have not received the food. Yeah no, the employees just steal food and you burn my time, my money, waste my effort, and make me look foolish? No, I'm a VIP top class on every single app that I deliver on. Trust me I'm going to put in complaints and nitpick EVERY single possible moment at this KFC until it sinks into the earth and ceases to exist. Screw with my income and steal from my customers, I'll see you every single day to make sure that thief feels it, every, single, day. See you soon thieves.

Horrible service!!! Ordered 3 tenders and fries from drive thru. Was told it will be just a minute please pull in parking spot. 17 minutes later I had to go inside and get my own food as employee forgot!!! HORRIBLE SERVICE!!!
