I just purchased an array of foods which my Polish grandmother used to make for the holidays. It was wonderful to find the Krakow market💗

If you haven’t been - you’re missing out. Long time fan and enjoyer of this deli.

We took our nephew to McDonalds the other day - no joke $38.00 plus change for very little. Hadn’t been in a long time and when I went to pay !!! It was shocking - McDonalds almost $40.00. Outrageous. And he wanted to eat again when we got home.

What I’m saying - is that all too often we pay for lessor quality and often over pay - like with our 8 year old nephew at McDonalds - and forget that there are places where you can get good quality homemade food at reason prices and it’s actually good.

We spend farrrr less here and get a homemade - from scratch - hot meal - that is affordable, healthy, filling, and delicious !!! It’s real food. And GOOD.

They have an everyday menu at the counter and often have ‘specials.’

You sit at community tables - very much like in Europe - it’s like being in someone’s home.

It’s really great. Really great.

In this day and age this is a hidden treasure - a reminder of community, of feeling welcome, it’s like ‘it should be.’ Just really good food.

We like their breads. The selection of kielbasa is unlike anywhere else and delicious.

We grew up at a time when food was - food. Tasty. Filling. Warming.

Go. Enjoy. Explore. Sit and take a moment - relax.

We HIGHLY recommend. Family friendly. This place is a gem… bakery items - try the cheesecake - to the meats and meals - all tasty, tasty and affordable. Again HIGHLY recommend.

I think you should put post recipe cards. This is traditional polish food. We don't remember how our grandma prepared this traditional food. I boiled a wheat beer. Added raw kielbasa potato onion cabbage low simmer with lid one hour. Grandma Wujcik.

Was there for the first time and will never return. Got 1 bag of groceries and paid $135. There was no price on cold cuts by weight so I cannot even figure out how much each item costs. From what I noticed the lady was typing a $16.99/lb. for pork fat that I checked in supermarket costs $0.99/lb. For this money I can get more than double the groceries in other polish stores. Total rip-off.

100% recommend! The owners and workers are so sweet and so great at explaining everything. The sausages and cold cuts were delicious, and the pierogies and baklava looked delicious as well. Definitely will be trying more of their food in the future ?
