Cons: cash only, one server, dirty dining area - visible dirt and cob webs, tight sitting area, food is less than tasty, server was extremely slow (30 min for coffee refills) and unattentive to our needs, like a coffee refills and/or other basic needs (napkins, ketchup, water).. toast was presented on a paper plate???... omelet special was very salty... home fries had no flavor... outdated menu with outdated prices..
Pros: place has potential, if the food tasted better the prices would be worth it...ATM on site (fee to use it?)

I go there 3 times a month. Its a family owed buisness that moved from Kennedys lunch a few years ago. The food is outstanding!! Unfortunately the wait staff (family) is a bit overwhelmed. Service is a bit slow not due to laziness. But it's worth the wait as far as I'm concerned. If you like corned beef hash this is the one. I will continue to eat at main treet Cafe as long as they are serving food.

The owner and her son are awesome people! Food is awesome, her son who is the one and only waiter is great, pays attention to customers needs, and is a great guy to talk to! Highly recommend and the omelettes are amazing 😋

Friendly service and yummy food. Very reasonable prices. Love the friendly, casual atmosphere.
I was really excited to try this cafe, got here at 11:50 and they were already cleaning up and told me they were closed. I let the lady know that the website says they close at 12:30 and she just says I know, so I left. Also there's a sign out front that says Alda's Diner which is really confusing as I was looking for Main st Cafe so I spent a few extra minutes walking up and down the strip searching for the cafe. Really disappointed. It's a Saturday, please consider staying open later or at the very least honoring your posted closing times.
