Ordered curly fries called back saying out of stock replaced with regular fries still charged me for curly fries delivered also charge web convenience fee so good food but shady business practices

Stopped in today to fill my pizza craving, I got the personal which by the way many pizza places don't do anymore, I ordered 3 toppings and had a soda for all of 10 bucks and change! My goodness!!! The pizza was fresh, hot and perfectly cooked as I requested! The staff were definitely busy but never dropped the ball on service and being personable! I will definitely be back next time with friends for more great items on the menu! And by the way dine or takeout the inside of this little place is absolutely amazing, clean, welcoming and beautiful!

I currently live in North Carolina but I make my way up here every few months to visit family. Once im here, I always treat myself to the local joints. Grinders dont exist in the south! So I got a cheeseburger grinder a few nights ago and it was phenomenal. It was seasoned so beautifully, not overdone. The bread was crispy and buttery, the portions are great. I did have a significant issue with my order and experience that night, though. When I called and brought it up to management, they treated me like family. The way they handled my problem and listened to me was so genuine and sincere. Today I ordered wings and fries and they knocked it out of the park. I highly recommend this place, not just for their delicious food, but also for their integrity. Someones food can be great, but their attitudes can leave a bad taste in your mouth that makes you never want to go back. Thank you Ollys, I cant wait to come back ?

The new owners have definitely turned this place around for the better, all the food I have ordered so far has been great except the chicken Alfredo pasta we tried it tasted more like butter and very bland unfortunately. Other than that my family enjoyed everything else.

This pizza was not as expected, the cheese was like melted plastic. A total waste of $30+. Very disappointed! Can't even eat more than 1slice! Will be in the bathroom forever in the morning!! When did pizza places stop using real mozzarella cheese?? Very upset and disappointed. Will not order from them again!! Total waste of hard earned money!! Don't waste yours!!!! One star only because I couldn't post without it.
