Fiancé and I have been looking for a go-to Asian restaurant since we moved here and I think we've found it! Tried it for the first time tonight and literally everything we ordered was absolutely delicious. Definitely plan to eat from here again. :D

CUSTOMER SERVICE NIGHTMARE: My mom WAS a regular here at this restaurant but not anymore. She ordered the scallion pancakes and they were so greasy and hard but we didn’t call that specific night because we were so exhausted from travel and so a few days later as a regular she let them know about the last order and the manager was absolutely beyond rude and nasty towards my elderly mother. They didn’t want to replace or accommodate in any way. Not to mention there was a hair in my food because they don’t wear hair nets or gloves EVER. THEY LOST A REGULAR CUSTOMER!

My last time ordering here everrrr, I called in to explain I got the wrong food and they were arguing with me instead of helping then the dude over the phone tells me one of the coworkers would help me but she’s “breast pumping” in the bathroom like I did not need to know all of that omg please save your time and money do not come here.

Moved to woonsocket from massachusetts recently and this is the best chinese food in the city! Food is always fresh, made on time, and never had any problems.
If I could give this place a zero stars I would. I just placed an order walked in to get it and saw the cooks picking up trash and then with there hands no gloves picking up the meat and putting it on the plates then because he made a mistake he took the meat back out with his hands and shook the rice that landed on his fingers over the plate and grabbed the rest of the meat with his plain hands .place is disgusting and just to think I unto order all the time from there.I had stopped because I swore the food tasted old so since it's been so long I thought I'd give them a chance and I see this gross....If you don't want a stomach bug don't go to this place.just got a call because I didn't pick up my food I told the owner that I went to pick it up and what I saw her cooks doing and all she said was ok I'm sorry and hung up.so it's obvious she knows there selling people dirty contaminated trash food .what a shame I usto love this place and thought it was clean ooh and by the way the one that was touching the food is there driver with the cook so imagine the filth on that food .

An update from my review 3 years ago. If you haven’t tried Asia Pacific you are missing out. Their portions are unbelievable. I always order the steamed Tofu and vegetables. I get at least 3 meals. There is so much tofu love it. And the staff is super. There were rumors the owners were looking into buying a larger restaurant for seating capacity. I wish they would but for now it is going to have to be pick up.
Tried Pacific Asian on a whim always skeptical of Asian food, we always go to Lincoln, but 2 thumbs up. Excellent couldn’t be fresher very impressed and prices were reasonable. Will definitely be back. Love how you can order online and food is ready when you get there. Not sure how far out of Woonsocket they deliver but nice option.

A great place to go if you want decent cheap (in quality) expensive food, that is of course if you dont mind the occasional hair or roach in your food. Or especially if you want the delivery drivers to solicit you for your number. Wherever you are located there are better options.

I ordered 2 A1's 1 with Pork fried rice and 1 with Shrimp fried rice. The order took over an hour just to find out by the delivery driver that my order was redone because it was given away. I have been ordering from this place for over 10 years and the way I was treated on the phone when I called to complain about my order was just appalling. You lost a real good customer.
