My server on Easter was great. However, the food not so much. My family booked reservations for this place a month in advance and was not told it was buffet only. Chicken was sooo dry, and they had breakfast mostly? Which is really odd. The ham was not even an actual ham, it was processed ham (like the kind you get at a cheap breakfast place). The only thing that was decent were the steak tips (only cuz that was the only new thing that they put out it seemed in hours) and the home fries. And $35 per person?! That's insane. I had to grab food after I was just really disappointed. Shout out to the server though. 19 year old Spanish kid that was very personable and sweet. No shade to him. But def won't be back unfortunately. And my family said their drinks had next to no booze in them.

6 people for brunch $35pp. I called twice aboutseating because there is no elevator we needed the 1st floor, I called to confirm. We get there and in fact brunch is on the 2nd floor.Coffee is served to one of us, cold and the half and half is curdled.Scrambled eggs are void of any seasoning and the sausage was room temp.The pancakes were crumbly and dry, tasted chaulky.I did like the roasted chicken and the carving station.There were cupcakes and cake pops, the cake pops were wet on the outside probably because they were defrosted.Our server was at the table 3 times the most which was fine for a buffet but a 20% tip added to the receipt for a buffet seems steep.Wheelchair accessibility: We had reservations for brunch. I called to confirm we were on the 1st floor. When we got there brunch was on the 2nd floor and there is no elevator.

Easter Brunch was a disaster. The food was Luke-warm or cold; probably due to over filled and uncovered pans. I normally don't complain and never leave a review but the price I paid was ridiculous. They're lucky the gratuity was included because I wasn't going to leave a tip.

Easter brunch 2024: This was the worst Buffett I have ever been to. We had Easter brunch here last year and the food was ok but service was horrible. It was not a buffett so we figured would try this year. First the selection was as follows: 1. Salad/ pre-made and choice of dressing, ranch! 2. Dry pancakes 3. Eggs- seemed to be powdered 4. Sausage and under cooked bacon 5. Chicken Marsala? 6. Sauces overcooked pasta 7. Baked chicken- dry is an understatement 8. Cod loin- also dry, not sure how you get cod so bad 9. Carving station of game and prime rib, which you could apparently get in two temps. Undercooked and overcooked 10. Assortment of desserts that were equally horrible. That's it, no fruit, nothing for children who by the way you pay for no matter the age, 2 yr old who only ate two slices of bacon you pay full price Service was better although our server was OVERLY too personal! Can tell you all the hardships they have face, even though o never asked. It's such a great space. Was hoping new management would be what it needs, sadly this was just bad! Do better River Falls

Had a wonderful experience on my date night with my hubby. Alexa was our waitress and was so nice. The atmosphere was delightful. Will be back again.
Fire. Excellent food. The place is under new management, and everything is new. The PEI mussels were superb (order extra garlic bread because you won't want to waste the sauce). The beer selection is adequate. The liquor and wine selection are adequate as well. Clean restrooms with paper towels, two divided urinals, and a private stall. Be careful how much you drink because they WILL cut you off.

Ok we were here under the last management 2023 and boy we were disappointed.. fast forward to 2024 new owners new menu. Very pleased with revamped of the restaurant. For starters we had coconut shrimp and that was a great appetizer very delish, next was an order of yummy shrimp tacos ? and pretty interesting fish Ruben, it was very good and tasty. Last we decided to have some cinnamon roll pudding the flavor was good but a little dry. Nevertheless, our visit was way better than before. One thing to note, the server presented an envelope with a surprise inside, great marketing btw, inside the envelope can be all kinds of discounts or free food but we won't know unless we go back and present that envelope to our server and only then will the surprise be revealed!!!!!!Parking: Few spots next to the restaurant but plenty on the lot across the street
. so we decided to go to Riverfalls again 10 years passed by. We figured you know what let's give it a chance our food came. My clam chowder was spoiled. How was your food? I just ask my life partner she said horrible. She had the fish and chips. Service was good friendly very talkative. Nice. The restaurant itself is very open. Nice establishment. I will not be going back. Sorry to leave this review It's been bothering me for a week, but I figure I have to be honest to Yelp and anybody expecting a good dinner you're not gonna get it here. Hopefully this will encourage the owner of the restaurant to step up their game. Money is tight and there's too much competition.

If you're looking for MaGlockners Chicken like you remember.. LOOK NO FURTHER!! THIS PLACE NAILED IT!! 1st time there & had AMAZING service, a beautiful view, and a meal that brought me back in time 40 years! The owner was also really nice..I'll DEFINITELY be back & will tell everyone I know to go!!
