Ordered 4 sandwiches 3 6in and 1 12in. None of them were done correctly. Also nothing but veggies, not toasted as requested. My youngest wanted nothing but the meat and cheese and got nothing but lettuce and tomatoes. That was a nice fight with him. My oldest didnt have his toasted either and was missing his dressing. knew this placed sucked a while ago but I haven't had subway in years and heard it was under new management. Well they suck too. 0 stars if I could $50 worth of food we never asked for. Soggy and just gross all around

Ordered 2 subs on the app got home they had the sauces switched. So I went back there and showed them the order and what was supposed to be on each sub. The first worker I talked to didn’t say anything she just looked at her coworker and he INSISTED that he didn’t switch the sauces. So I had to go all the way back home to bring the wrong subs in with me to prove myself which made this situation even more inconvenient and annoying. Then when I got back there with the subs they argued with my husband and made a scene the girl that was working there her name was Cassidy or Cassie whatever something like that she wanted to keep giving attitude and trying to be cute as she was making the new subs and she was about to make them wrong AGAIN as she was getting cocky and saying remarks under her breath. Very poor customer service, I’ll be calling to try and speak to the owner or manager whenever I can.

Got a Footlong Italian with EBT. Wanted lettuce but it looked withered and jelly like. The spinach did as well. I'm assuming because the temperature in the place was sweltering. It was so hot. It was cooler outside on a very nice 70 degree day. The staff was rude. Not friendly at all. They seemed really upset. All three of them. I will never come back here again and will let everyone else know not to come here. Unbelievable.

They always have fresh items on the menu. Love the fact that they pay attention to the details specified when you place a pick up order. Grateful they never made my sandwiches saugy by putting too much condiments on it or drenching it with oil and vinegar.

Don’t expect good service or food worst subway I’ve ate ever plus they don’t take coupons for the subway series subs just build your own and that doesn’t say anything about that in the coupons pay close to 30$ for two sandwiches that don’t have anything in them
People are not friendly and serving to little portion it’s more bread than the rest like quantity the veggies not good I have better places this one no good.

Employees are great. The owner is awful. Yells and cusses at employees and customers alike. Wont be going back as he refused to fix any issue with a sandwich prepared and had the nerve to say he saw on camera no one put sauce on my sandwich when a sandwich with sauce on it was in his face. @Subway is this the type of service you want provided.
